After purchasing a few pieces of jewelry, we noticed one of the rings we bought was missing as soon as we walked out of the store, so we went back to let them know. The girl who bagged our jewelry was hiding in the back, so another employee had to come tell us that they needed to check the security cameras to make sure we didnāt steal it. However, they couldnāt check the cameras because the managers werenāt there, so they told us to come back the next day when the managers would be back. We asked the employee if they could check their trays to see if the ring was there, but they said it wasnāt. So I left, and as I was driving home, they called me and let me know that they somehow found the ring even though they couldnāt find it earlier. The lady working there was very dismissive & rude, would not even look at my items or listen to what I had to say and just flat out refused to help me. There is a 30 day return policy which I understand, but when purchasing my husband was told differently. The whole experience just turned me off and I guess my collecting charms have come to an end. I was not asking for a refund, I was asking to exchange charms I already ownā¦i think a company who values their customers would have accommodated, because after this experience I will no longer collect pandora charms & I made sure to tell my husband to never buy anything from them ever again. The clasp to the necklace just broke, 6 months after purchase. When my grandfather went to get a new chain, he was denied; they said he needed proof of purchase. I sent my grandparents a copy of my credit card statement, as I no longer had the receipt and the necklace was obviously a Pandora product. When he returned with the credit card statement, they refused to give him a replacement chain. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service response to this issue.
