Such a lifesaver. We previously took my wives ring to another jeweler for some work and started having all sorts of issues, stones falling out constantly poor workmanship, and constant frustration. I finally ended up at Sueńo Jewelry Stiudio and Emmanuel took car of us. He pointed out how the previous jeweler used different metals and not the same quality causing discoloration I the band. He also fixed the prongs that held the stone which was replaced by the previous jeweler.

He is now our go to if we need a cleaning or have any issues…and we haven’t had any. The ring looks beautiful. We stop by on occasion for a cleaning and love his customer service. We do not live close, but stopping at Sueńo Jewelry Studio is worth the drive. I can’t express how mush I really appreciate the service and workmanship. ...

Chelsea and Emmanuel were super friendly and helpful! Both were extremely knowledgeable about their product and jewelry in general. We were thinking about changing the stones in a stackable ring, and Emmanuel was quite upfront about how our idea wouldn't have worked out. We very much appreciated the honesty instead of someone just trying to talk us out of our money. Chelsea was great about answering our questions and offering alternatives.
