Lane Bryant — Local services in Oxnard

I would like to start off by saying that as a big chested person it is very hard to find any comfortable bras that actually lift the goods so I resorted only to sports bras because nothing worked for me. However, I visited this Lane Bryant location a few days ago met an amazing employee named Marnie. I refer to her now as my fairy bra mother 🧚‍♀️. I wanted to share my great experience with Annette at store #4911. I went in last week and she went above and beyond with her customer service, answered so many of my questions, and helped me find the right things I needed. I was having trouble finding the correct clothes/ bras for myself, and Annette was super patient and helpful, while still attending to other customers. Annette is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I have been shopping at Lane Bryant for over 10 years now and she provided the best experience I have EVER had at the store. The person, Annette, who helped me was amazing. Super attentive and helpful. The reason for the 3 stars is the broiler room they call a dressing room. 2 spotlights on the ceiling and 2 big long lights on each side. I was literally sweating after putting on the first item. I used the mirror in the hall area just to get some relief. Look how bright it is in the pictures. I dread going in there on warm days.
