Verizon — Local services in Page

I have been a loyal Verizon customer for years and for the past two days or so I have been trying to resolve billing issues (which finally I did after being hung up on) and the new plans (have yet to do so) because every location I have been to so far has been closed even though they say they are opened. This includes your location. I drove an hour to talk with one of your representatives my time is worth something so the least you can do is be honest about your hours of business and when you will be closed for training purposes etc. Not even your website mentioned that. A bunch of hours listed on your door means little considering you can pick and choose which days of the week week those hours will apply and...
