A modern unit with some need of repair. Apartment 4 in 425 is spacious, bright and modernly furnished. All household appliances worked perfectly. Everything was very clean and tidy. The small balcony was perfect for relaxing. The mattresses were very good. However, compared to other experiences with vacation rentals, there was a lack of dishes and cutlery as well as basic cooking ingredients. One of the showers started leaking on the second day. Very clean and well maintained properties. I highly reccomend them. First time staying here. Owner very responsive and helpful. 9 similar units it seems. Quiet neighborhood. Has dishes/ pots/ pans/ dish soap/ dishwasher/ washer/ dryer/ fan/ heater/shampoo/ soap/ towel warmer/ full fridge/ microwave etc as just some of the amenities. We had a good stay at the property. We were a bit worried when we arrived at the property as it didn’t feel like a “hotel” hotel. But it was more like an Airbnb. We had two well furnished spacious rooms, kitchen and two bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped with microwave, sandwich maker, coffee maker and a kettle.
