Very disappointed- I went in on March 1,2025 at 10am to find out if a Kendra bracelet I have could be fixed. I could tell that the sales associate wasn't interested in helping me just by the way she reacted. I was informed that she needed proof of purchase, and she asked if I had purchased items from them before - yes I have and gave her my email. She verified my name and birthday and then said that there were no purchase under that account. I let her know that I have been to that location many times to purchase varies pieces. She did let me know that I was in luck because they were having a sale and I could buy the bracelet at a discount. It was within the 30 days, but because it was damaged my only option was store credit or exchange. Now I’m stuck with a pair I don’t even like.
