If I could leave a minus stars review I absolutely would.
Customer service at the Palm Beach Gardens Mall store was absolutely horrible. We were lied to by the very manager... I came to exchange a bracelet that I had purchased just 5 days before and all I wanted to do is just exchange it. They claim that the finish had signs of having been worn.... Of course it was worn that's why I bought it...
Absolutely nothing was wrong with the bracelet! I asked her... is your quality so poor that in 5 days it already looks worn enough for you not do allow me to exchange it with something else oh well... I decided to just take the bracelet and go.
I brought the bracelet to the Palm Beach store they looked at it accepted it and said okay pick a bigger one ....when they checked the receipt , the receipt was flagged as non-returnable. The manager asked me if I bought it on a sale and I said no! I did not... and she said what she doesn't know why it was marked as not returnable... it looks perfectly fine. So this lady from Palm Beach Gardens Mall store decided to flag the piece that was perfectly fine according to another colleague from the other store ...AND actually by the time I came to the other store I just wanted to prove my point to my husband that piece was perfectly fine and it was, but I still couldn't exchange it because of what that condescending lady. She just didn't feel like allowing me to exchange the piece. I had already spent a lot of money at that store buying other pieces I just wanted a size smaller that's all.
Anyways I came to realize that the quality of this product is absolutely so bad, it tarnishes easy it smells bad .. it is absolutely overpriced. I buy pieces there because of the nostalgia of the brand, but it's definitely not holding up to standars especially at their price points.
I honestly didn't even bother contacting the customer service phone number because it's would be a waste of time.
I don't spend your money with this brand there are way better...
Read moreThe sales associates in the store were EXTREMELY rude. The attitude was as if I was inconveniencing them by coming to shop. When I walked in, despite there being 4 associates and 2 other customers, I had to flag down someone to help me. They completely ignored me until I approached them. The other group that walked in right in front of me was greeted immediately. I came in with the intention to buy, I used to work retail so I know this is not what is taught as a SALES associate. When I finally did get the woman’s attention, she was just flat out rude and unhelpful. I kept telling her what I wanted and she repeatedly told me how HER idea for MY bracelet was better. I came in looking for a few charms, not a coaching and to be belittled. I had two other people with me who noticed the associates (multiple not just the one I dealt with) behavior. In the middle of me asking for a charm, she stopped and started having a whole off topic conversation and giggling with the other associate right in front of me and ignoring me. She wasn’t subtle about her distaste in having to do her job. I asked her if I was inconveniencing her and her demeanor immediately change, she was still unhelpful though. I usually receive Pandora as gifts from my significant other and family so this was my first in store experience and I will likely not go back. I would not recommend the Palm Beach Gardens store to anyone. The associate I was dealing with was Sarah K. for anyone wanting to avoid a terrible...
Read moreI was shocked and uncomfortable by the lack of customer service at this location. I walked up to the entrance and was greeted by "what do you want" and when I said to "look at some items" the lady said "what specifically do you want". I had to open my phone to show her the "exact item" before she let me in and acted like a gate keeper guarding the entrance. I asked to look at the variety of items but they only pulled out the items in the picture and wouldn't let me look at any others. The two women were super unfriendly and harsh when I asked questions about the product. They wanted to throw the gift in a bag after I spent $300 on jewelry and not even wrap it up with tissue. They were also in a huge hurry to get me out of there. I get the retail business is hard nowadays, but showing customers such disrespect is uncalled for. I have been to several other pandoras and none of them acted like the behavior I saw today. I was so uncomfortable I almost asked for another sales worker, or told them to forget it and just order it online because of how I was treated (I was even wearing pandora items so I don't understand the snootiness). I wish there was another pandora in town because the people they have working at the Gardens are nasty...
