I purchased some hats from this location Everyone was very nice in the beginning and then it took a turn for the worst. My fiancé needed to come exchange one of the hats. Upon walking in the sales representative Daniel or “Danny” informed her it was no problem, proceeded to bring out all of the hats for the exchange. 15 minutes later, they changed their mind that they did not want to return it. It was an unworn hat. Absolutely atrocious experience to waste our time why not just tell us right away instead of changing his mind Midway through. Then the manager proceeded to tell my fiancé “ Versace doesn’t even have a return policy” I’m not sure what that has to do with anything if they’re comparing themselves to Versace, that’s an absolute shame.
