I spent $300 switching to Verizon and their worry free guarantee was a joke. We bought 2 phones with their service and they said we had 14 days to change our mind because I kept saying I wasnāt sure I wanted to go through with this and so a week later we brought r phones back plus the cases we bought except my husbands had a non noticeable scratch and they wouldnāt accept his and I had to pay them another $100 on top of the $300 we spent for them to take and accept our phones back. So the guy tell me instead of them giving a refund if have to call Verizon itself because this was the place on 100 moody. And I call Verizon they said no they donāt refund because they werenāt actually Verizon or whatever and come to find out they charged us the whole $400 for restocking fee!!! We are so pissed. This happened a couple months ago. Plus they got their case back too and so we got nothing in return. What a rip off. I just want ppl to really pay attention if they go to this Verizon retailer. Iām still in shock over this !!š”š¤¬ before you buy or switch you better ask about their restocking fee because it says it can be charged but doesnāt say for sure and how much. We were scammed and ripped off by this place and Iām in the works with a lawyer to get my money back from these...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAlex Lies, Lies and more Lies We went in to find out about a hot spot for our truck. Was told the device I had (spectrum) did not cover all the areas Verizon does. As over the road truck driver we need good coverage. Lie #1 Spectrum does cover all of Verizon area but your phone has to be paid off to have full use of Verizon towers. Lie # 2 our I phones were not comparable the sales man went as far as Fiddling with the phone and showing us it did not work. Said we both needed new phones. Lie # 3 Android works better with network. My husband has had an IPhone for years and knows how to get by with his āsmarter than me phone.ā He switched and regretted it the minute we walked out the door. I am legally blind and will not give up voice over and other features IPhone offer to the blind. Lie # 4 my IPhone was not very good and needed an ungraded. True buyer beware but should the sales people have some integrity and not blatantly LIE straight face to you. After two months for trying to get use to the Android we went to Verizon in Palm Coast and were told how to get his phone unlocked to be used with Verizon. This has been a $600 mistake. Anyone knowing how all this phone, TV and internet works could start a business advising the no tech generation on how to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis Verizon store and specifically Amiee Pierce are my GOTO Verizon people when I need advice or help. Amiee spent some time initially early in December explaining plans and phones to me. Then a couple of weeks later I went back to get more detailed information and talk again with Amiee. She was SO helpful giving me honest and detailed specifics about the phones. Luckily by that time Verizon was having a holiday sale with BOGO for the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G phones. That was a no-brainer to go with those phones (we had Samsung Galaxy S7 Edges from Sprint) We then spent the next coupe of hours getting the phones setup, having the data transferred over from our old Sprint phones to the new Verizon phones plus she gave us a package deal for cases, Black Ice Screen Protectors, extra long cables and the transfer at a very reasonable reduced price. It was a win-win for our stop at the WIreless Zone. I had been a Sprint customer for over 17 years but when they merged with T-Mobile their service and tower connections went to hell. Now that I am with Verizon i will not be switching to...
