Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Palm Coast

Pizza was delivered to the wrong house. No call to let us know as we sat and waited for over an hour. I had to call and ask where my pizza was. Then they tried to tell us they delivered it and spoke with us as they never delivered or spoke with anyone in our house hold. Then they were like I'm sorry we delivered it to the wrong address. So someone got a free, delivered $40 pizza box. After waiting another 45 minutes we finally got our pizza. No apologies, no discount, no nothing but a extremely late pizza. Might I add I order the pizza ahead of time 2 hours before for it to be delivered to my house at a certain time so my kids would have food while we were gone. Total dispointment! As a Door Dash driver I wanted to commend the Store Manager Lisa on her professionalism today Sept 10, 2025. I admire the ability of someone (Lisa) that can "reason" a verbal Communication between a vender and management...A technical issue arose on the part of her employees not properly following directions crucial to policy's of Door Dash of "tagging" accurate ready time for pick up. As trite as it may seem, failure can cost the DD driver to be shadbanded or locked out of further delivies throughout the day and a drop in status platform.

Only through verbal communication by management to their subordinates can help them comprehend this crucial procedure.

the other night me and my best friend ordered a dinner box and a soda, while they brought it in like 20-25 min (which was really good). however they forgot our drink. so I call back and Christoper answered the phone I explain the situation and he seemed not eh about it but told us he will send a driver right then and there. 20 min goes by and so I call again asking what had happened. Christopher answer the phone, and say well I just sent all my drivers our on other orders when one comes back ill send them your way. I ask how long and he said "I don't know, about 20 min?" " so I say, another 20 min onto of the 20 I just waited?" to which he replied " OR you can just not get your drink at all if you want." how rude. usually I have a great time...
