I'm not sure who this new Asian shift manager is, but he put like 3 bites of chicken in the kids' meal and a tiny portion of noodles and then told me that's all my daughter should get when she's the entire reason I come here. I come here every Tuesday and I always order her the same thing. I know exactly what I normally get, and this wasn't enough food to feed an 8 year old girl. I like the manager who wears the blue shirt. I'm pretty sure he's the store manager. But this black shirt shift manager sat and argued that he refused to give her enough food to even fill the portion of the kids' meal box. I told him I come here every Tuesday. He sat and yelled at me in front of the entire store, and my daughter, arguing that my 8 year old daughter couldn't have 2 more pieces of chicken. Are you serious? The other employees are very nice and never give such a tiny amount. Even the store manager who served me last week gave her more food than what this guy did. I want to keep coming here every Tuesday because my daughter loves orange chicken. But I'm not sure if I will if I am gonna be yelled at for asking for a reasonably sized portion for my child to eat for dinner.
Update: Thought I'd try again, and all the workers were rude. Horrible customer service. NEVER COMING THERE AGAIN! I will be ordering from the Chinese place across the street instead. The food is better anyway. The manager HAROLD is an awful person. They made my food, and I got home trusting it was there. Then, when I opened the boxes the food WASNT THERE. I go and ask for my food and they barely would give it to me. I had to practically beg for it even though they remembered I was there like 15 minutes before. They all had attitudes. Asked me to prove what I had even though I provided the boxes with the missing food. Asked me for a receipt even though they never gave me one. No apologies, nothing. Absolutely no fuqs given that they were screwing me. Then, on top of that, I ordered cream cheese ragoons, and they refused to give them to me. NEVER GOING TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. They just screw everything up and then charge you extra...
Read moreI love Panda Express, but I usually regret going to this one.
The food here is very inconsistent. One day it’ll be fine, then the next it’ll be terrible.
Orange Chicken is usually my go-to when I decide to eat Panda, but never at this location. The Orange Chicken here is usually way overcooked and too crispy, and the sauce is always overbearing. If you open your box, the fumes from the Orange Chicken are so strong you’d think you’re huffing tear gas. Eating it is actually worse because they’re crunchy. I don’t know how they turn out like they do here…
Beijing beef is really good, but very inconsistent here. Sometimes when I get it, the breading slides right off of it making the consistency of it… Unpleasurable. Other times it’ll be OK.
The premium beef options are usually really good & can be healthy with white rice! I do recommend that 100%.
The other entrees can be good, but as I said, overall it’s very inconsistent.
The staff are actually pretty friendly and are (and always have been) very pleasant. Except the manager (He was dressed differently so I assume he was managing). There’s just no customer service, just work. Seems like someone I wouldn’t like working with. Or have taking my order. I get it’s a job, but a good attitude is essential in this industry!
Panda is much better & more consistent in St. Augustine by Bailey’s Gym if you’re ever in the area...
Read moreI just went to Panda Express location in Palm coast (100 and Belle Terre). My first time going to this location. Honestly, I regret going there. I order 2 entrees and 1 side, plus chicken egg roll. Fried rice had absolute no flavor. Even with the added sauce. The orange chicken had nothing to talk about, extremely tangy flavor. I remember from other places better flavor of orange and kind like sweet. This one was completely different. My second entree was the beef with onions and papers. This one was just all covered with bread or whatever they use. Once again, not flavor at all and to ended up I chewed one of the onions and had the skin too. I had to spit it out. (Gross) Finally the chicken egg roll. This was delicious, nice flavor, texture and crispy. The coke from the fountain machine was bad, missing some sirup, very watery. So, after $26.00 per 2 meals the winners were my doggies. I brought everything home and they eat it all. Of course, I did not ask how it was. I knew the answer. Lol I have to say. The service was fast and very nice from the reps. Tables, chairs and floor needs a good cleaning. Place is dirty. In general. Bad food, semi expensive for what you get and dirty place. Not recommended to eat. Was my first and last time at...
