Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Palm Coast

I came today to return some clothes with receipt and all tags on the clothes. Jennifer a tall lady with purple hair called me up. From the get go I could tell she hated life her attitude was pathetic. She started the return and while doing it was putting the clothes on hangers and re putting on the security pins. I asked her if that was necessary since I was short on time she snapped at me and said that it was a requirement. I knew that wasn't true I have returned clothes before to the same store and they haven't done that. She then snapped at another person working there telling them to put them on hangers and put the security things on the clothes she returned them since I wouldn't let her. They have an extremely small section for toddler boys. Even today when I went they literally had 8 outfits total for boys in the sizes 12 & 18 months. But had an abundance of clothes for girls. I eventually left and went to target. Next time I suggest people go to the Ross in St. Augustine. Bigger and better selections in clothes and shoes for toddlers & women/junior. I'm disappointed every single time I go to the one in Palm Coast. Maybe they sell out of good stuff fast but I just find it crazy that every single time I go, they have nothing in my son's size. I love Ross. I love the bargains and some prices. At times I find their staff, not helpful or professional and definitely not very friendly some are rude and I believe even the manager sets a poor example I frequent many different Ross stores so it's not just one store but many mostly this store you are showing.
