Mattress Firm Palm Coast Landing — Hotel in Palm Coast

My wife and I recently stopped in at Mattress Firm in Palm Coast to look over their mattress offerings. We found the stores representative, Jay, to be a very friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable sales person. He asked us several questions pertaining to our particular needs in mattress performance and sleep habits and potential issues, ie; back support, side, back or front sleep positions etc., to find a mattress most suitable for our needs. He exerted no pressure sales tactics on us whatsoever nor did he attempt to direct us to a higher end versus a more affordable model. He allowed and actually persuaded us to lay down on any and all the different mattresses they offered until we found the one we both found too be the most comfortable one for both of us all the while providing manufacturing details of each one. We found his demeanor and sales style to be a deciding factor even though we came in just to look. When we found "the" mattress and informed him it was a little more money than we were willing to spend, he placed a call to his manager, offered us a price that was more conducive to our liking and threw in a couple of additional incentives. We take delivery of our new, King Sealy Hybrid tomorrow. He handled all the details which made the buying experience that much better. This entire process from entering and departing the store took approximately 45 minutes. It doesn't get much easier than that. If you're considering a new mattress, bedframe or complete setup I'd highly recommend stopping in at Mattress Firm, 5234 East State Highway 100, Suite 105 in Palm Coast and asking for Jay. We're glad we did....

We purchased a mattress at our local Mattress Firm store. We were told it was a returned, refreshed and like a new mattress. When it arrived it looked fine but after we slept on it for one week we began to feel the worn spots where the former owners slept. We travel for work frequently and hoped every time we came home that it would be OK. But now we have visible craters which makes our $4,500 mattress look like it's 10-years-old! We spoke with the store today and they called us back and said they would do nothing for us. We are sorely disappointed with Mattress Firm and warn anyone considering a purchase from them...Don't buy from Mattress Firm! They assured us that this mattress was like new but from our experience this seems to be a scam to sell their used, poor mattress products for nearly the full new price. We will be sharing this disappointing information with all our friends and every website we can locate to add our complaint. They will not help us, so we shall help them understand the seriousness of their poor...

I was in the market for a new box spring and mattress so I stopped by the Mattress Firm in Palm Coast landing. I was greeted by Joshua and I let him know what I was interested in. Joshua walked me through the options starting with the "top of the line" as I requested. We went through several options and Joshua explained the difference between the different brands in a way that was easy to understand and assisted in my decision making process!

Although I didn't go with the top of the line, Joshua was able to show me an option that was within budget and was very comfortable.

Joshua worked up the numbers and provided me with a detailed explanation of costs and guarantees, scheduling and delivery.
