The majority of the store was fine. We shop this store all the time. I did not have the most pleasant experience with the frame shop. The attendant was quite surly and short tempered. She appeared to want to get back to her frame work than deal with a customer. I wanted to preplan some ideas before bringing in artworks because they are delicate. She kept repeating "Do you need anything or not" and walking off in the middle of us talking. She let me know that items were in order so I wouldn't mess up her display. It seems to me that it's more important to let the customer look to make a purchase rather than to worry about the order in which she had set the display. The display is there to help customers make an informed decision. It's not just a decorative piece in which she should line them up and make snarky remarks. I was highly disappointed in her customer service skills. Hopefully I'll work with a different associate when I go back to purchase framing. I'm a repeat customer and I have not encountered the rude impatience when purchasing framing before. There were no other customers. She simply wanted to be rid of me so she could continue to frame...

Waited 10 minutes and no one came to help us. One employee walked right past us and never asked us if we needed help even though my husband had his paperwork in his hand ready to verify the order that was placed. My husband finally went over to the cashier and told her he was standing at the pick up for 10 minutes and had pressed the button twice. She replies that is not hooked up to our headsets yet. I promptly call the store and was told I could bring it back and exchange for the same product . As I get to the store the manager Emily comes out very rude and tells me , she can't do anything because the box is open. And to call Michaels. Then quickly ran back to her office .
