The Courtyard at Palm Springs — Local services in Palm Springs

This is a beautiful, VERY EMPTY business center. There are some businesses that keep the place going such as the local Regal Theater which has the most frigid viewing rooms I have ever been seated in, with absolutely no perks. The women's bathroom is so small that handicapped people have a very difficult time accessing it. The place has a couple of really nice looking places for restaurants, but there is little maintenance, very high rents and no appreciable way of limiting advertising costs. By the way, there IS NO ADVERTISING. This place could have a brilliant night life, but instead, it appears the owners have no idea of how to make a go of it. This is located just blocks from downtown, but makes no effort to revitalize AND WHAT A SHAME with the limitless talent of the local and visiting entertainment artists that arrive on Thursday for Village Fest and often stay the weekend. Maybe a savvy person or two could make it go with evening outdoor entertainment, but there is no sign...

I've been going to the courtyard theatre for decades to give you an example my Father and I waiting in the 105 degree temperature on Xmas Day to see the original release of The Godfather Part 3, and was there last week to see Beast the killer lion movie, the theater had always been super clean with nice people working there and they now have a deal where you pay 21 dollars a month for unlimited viewing,...

The only business in the courtyard that I have been to is the Regal Theaters. There are a few other office is located in that particular mall but it appears that they are going to be doing a major reconstruction jobs including the theaters and I'm not sure what else. That land is on the Agua Caliente tribe reservation so I don't know what the tribe has planned for it but hopefully it will include...
