San Jacinto Racquet Club — Local services in Palm Springs

My experience: Initial move in several odds and ends were not completed (no handles on fridge door, broken blinds, door wouldnt close or lock for bathroom, broken light switches, ext)

This all would be fine if fixed in an appropriate time however it took several weeks to months for some things and some things stillhave yet to be fixed as of the day im writing this

Besides the inside of the apartment and the lack of response from management, the amenities also are broken and have been for a long time -broken tredmill in gym -broken jacuzzi -broken pool

All these amenties are reasons people pay higher to live here

The Unprofessional Management either doesnt know how to manage the property or simply does not care.

Hopefully they read this and can respond to my trouble tickets that have not...

I lived in this complex for 5 years. The size of the units and location of the property are great. They have had a fairly recent change in on-site management, and Ricardo does a great job. He is friendly, professional, very responsive, and got things repaired quickly. Brendan has taken over maintenance of the property, and he is fantastic. He is also nice and very responsive. The property looks the best it has looked in years. I am moving out of the area for a new job opportunity, or else I would still be a resident. I have been a resident here for the past 7 years. The Community is just beautiful well maintained, charming birds and green lush grass. Safe environment . The Property Manager Ricardo is a wonderful manager along with Brandon Maintenance. Clean pools, nice BBQ, Gym is wonderful also. I would invite anyone looking for a great apartment community to move to this would in the top rankings to look at. You will not be disappointed with your stay starting with just your tour.
