I have been waiting for quite some time to come in and get some simple Botox done and scheduled an appointment. Unfortunately they were really busy and fully booked about a month out, fine, that’s okay, no big deal. I have no issue with that but if I schedule an appointment and drive over two hours to come in and have some work done at a specific time I expect to be seen and ready to leave as a happy customer. Sadly, I was turned away because the front office apparently lost my reservation!
