Google map doesn't let me comment. Well, yesterday I brought my outlet bag to a local Coach store for the repair examination. I just bought it, but it has flaws at the bottom. I know people usually says that the outlet product may have less good quality than the normal price stores, so I double checked with the online agent and the official website, and it says:"You can bring it to any Coach store". However, the sales associate at this store told me they don't repair outlet products because they have different quality standards. This definitely conflicts with the policy.
