A lot of my friends go to Everlane and have shared how much they loved the brand, so I decided to try and give it a shot. I really wanted to love Everlane, but my short interaction with them helped me to not want to purchase their products, as it was clear that my time was of no value to them. I had signed up for their styling sessions as online reviews and posts on Reddit made it appealing for someone who wanted to redo her closet of old college T-shirts and sweats. I signed up for a styling session for July 2nd at 9pm. I had read online that they do their styling sessions outside of work hours, so I assumed this was normal. The other 2 options were 10pm and 11pm. I figured the earliest one wouldn't be too bad. I get out there on the 2nd at 9. (Other than the automated emails that CONFIRMED my appointment, no one reached out to me to let me know that no one would be there...) I waited for about 10 minutes before I contacted customer service to see what was happening. I ended up out in the dark of the shopping plaza until 9:30pm. Customer service was kind, but made it clear that there would be no help from their end to make up for their lack of preparation/planning. I didn't feel like there was any real effort made to help me feel like a valued customer. Read moreWorst return experience, zero customer service. Beware of you ever buying anything and returning, make sure to check everything and be responsible because these guys are not. I do not recommend it. All the folks talking about bad customer service - are absolutely true. The products are nice but their shipping, customer service ect. Can really take a huge toll on you so be EXTREMELY CAREFUL.
Edit : never buying from here again, store staff extremely disrespectful, specially the person Amy should be fired as she has zero regards for a customer struggling to get their money back for a mistake committed by of their own staff members. Read moreI really like the store's style for clothing and shoes. However, I have been to the store 3 times already and the customer service hasn't been the best for the type of store that it's. All 3 times, I have experienced that management only assigns one person in the shoe department even when the rest of the store is empty and the shoe department has a lot of people; making the wait for try on shoes around 30 mins. I brought up to the manager that it wasn't fair that other team members were just walking around the store literally doing nothing and the team member at shoes was getting stress because there were a lot of people requesting shoes.
