The trains are consistently tardy, causing me to wait anywhere from a minute to a whole hour! And don't even get me started on the cancellations! It's as if they enjoy keeping their patrons in the dark about the delays' reasons. You see, they will tell you your train is on time until it simply doesn't show up, leaving you stranded with no clue when you'll be able to reach your destination. Worse, I've witnessed conductors allowing people onto the platform only to shut the train doors and leave them behind! How unreliable and insulting is that?! The service is a complete disaster, and I would not recommend it to anyone, especially new riders who may not be aware of the ticketing policy. Also a ticket checker threatened my 14 year old friend with kicking him off and giving him a citation because he didn't have his...

Immediately an insecure thought alert came up, what are they doing? Is he setting me up for some criminal future act? Are they doing this to other people as well? Why are people allowed to live there?
CalTrain does a good job keeping this station clean during normal operations. It would be a good plan to keep people from living here for both safety and...
