Men's Wearhouse — Local services in Panama City Beach

Not a great experience today. Female associate was sitting looking at a computer screen or cell phone and hollered across the store to me, "welcome what are you looking for?" I responded that I was looking for dress shirts as I was headed to them in the back corner of the store. She said, well we have short sleeve pullovers and polos very abruptly, and rolled her eyes and made a face to the other employees and customers in the store, and started to get up out of her seat to walk towards me. Upon seeing her face and reactions, I told them never mind I wasn't going to do this. I turned and started to walk out of the store where the male associate was apologizing for her actions, saying she was only trying to help me. I told him I hope that they have success with their store in the sales because they're not going to get it the way this woman treats her customers. I know this sounds trivial but it was not the way you talk, nor treat customers in a store. I found it very rude to almost yell across the store at me while she was sitting with another associate like I was bothering them. Then upon her facial expressions and outloud attitude, I turned to walk out of the store and never bought anything. I think the woman needs to realize that the customers are the reason she's there, walk over to them and greet them and ask if she can help, and not yell across the store, nor make faces and roll her eyes at customer responses. I can't say I can recommend this store location, however the brand is usually very good. I will go out of my way to go to different stores before I visit this one again. Let me tell you why MW in Panama City Beach FL is absolutely a 5 star representation of this brand. My family was in PC for my sister's wedding and on the day I arrived, I realized that I'd forgotten to pack my dress bag containing my suit for the wedding party! It was 10pm the night before the wedding and my suit was 400 miles away! It was too late for FedEX. As you can imagine, I was frantic. My outfit was a custom suit that I'd purchased from MH in another state. The next morning on the day of the ceremony, I decided to contact the local MH in Panama City Beach to see if they may possibly....hopefully....maybe.... PLEASE have the same outfit available, or something similar that I could purchase so I wouldn't have to wear swim trunks to my sister's wedding!!! From the moment I spoke with Olga, things started looking better! She was so nice and understanding even though it was early and they had just opened. She listened to my predicament and didn't judge me! She consigned herself to helping me find a solution. I provided my group number, and she was able to see in the MH database exactly what suit I'd purchased and my measurements. When I arrive at the store about an hour later, Olga had already pulled several replacement outfits that were available onsite! I was able to get a rental that was almost an exact match to the suit I had purchased!! She pinned me and the alterations were done super fast! She was an absolute angel that saved me in the nick of time. On top of their great selection and prices, the Men's Warehouse staff of Panama City Beach FL are the most friendly and professional sales people I've worked with. Thank you again Olga!...

I made an appointment for a wedding tux fitting months ago for 4 people. Despite this, it took forever to be helped and when we were helped, the man didn't want to help us out. I am so tired of companies not respecting customers who they think won't buy anything. I came here to get a tux so why wouldn't you help? We had go pull information out of this man but we have never gotten tuxes before so we didn't know what to ask. Also, if you are renting go somewhere else. This place isn't meant for renting. Anything in the store is for buy only and there is just a small catalog for rentals, even though that is probably what they sell most of. Why would I rent something I can't try on and see if it looks good? I wish someone had told me this before I drove all the way out here for a waste of time and poor customer service. Don't waste your time or your money, go find somewhere else that actually wants you to know what you're getting.
