If I could give this place negative stars, I would. In January my boyfriend and I decided to go in and find a ring. We found one & I loved it but I wanted it custom made. The two ladies that helped me said they could do it and they could do exactly what i wanted. They would send out what i wanted and get a mold made for me. It was only supposed to be a 9 week process. My boyfriend put a down payment on the ring and we waited for our mold. A month later we were told we had a payment so we came in and made it. I asked about the mold and they said it was still being worked on. 4 months later and the two who originally started helping me were no longer working there. The mold that was supposed to only take 3 weeks (but actually took 4 months) was NOT any kind of resemblance to the ring I wanted and when it accidentally broke the workers were mad at me. A worker told me how Kay's would not be able to do the ring I wanted. I told them i wanted my money back and I didn't want to work with them anymore but when I asked for a refund she told me that I would have to wait because she would have to call the main office. When everything was said and done I found out the payments we made were paying on a credit card that someone had signed me up for without my knowledge. They stole my money and ruined my credit. Since this happened to me I've heard MANY stories of very similar things happening to other people. I will never return...

I hope some one reads this review and gains something out of it. March 20th, 2021 my wife and I went in to order a wedding band for me. We ordered the band and agreed with the clerk we wanted it shipped to my house since we lived over 2 hours away and was on a vacation. She told us it would arrive the 30th of March or before. Come March 31st we called the pier park Kay and they said that they would give us an answer the next day why we hadn’t received the ring. That same night I called the Kay’s main customer service and questioned them. They couldn’t find our order number and they contacted the pier park office. The next day I receive a call that our ring is in PANAMA CITY waiting for us to pick it up. So now I have to wait another week for my ring to be shipped to my house. Just go across the street to zales and save yourself the headache. It was just a huge frustration and a huge let down. Then the clerk from Panama City proceeded to get an attitude and tell me I never requested to have it shipped...
