I would give zero stars if I could. Like other reviewers I really thought the manager Krista Hightower waa so helpful, until I learned from my bill that nothing she said was true. Had the unfortunate need to go here while on vacation. After a miserable first visit with a young man who was no help at all, we returned later to be taken care of by her. She is definitely a slick salesperson and sold me on deals that weren't deals at the end of the day. I was told about a watch promotion where I only needed to add a line and got the watch for free. Too bad for me that didn't start until the next day even though she told me about it and sold me on it. Now I have customer care trying to get me on the promotion. Secondly, we told them three different times that we didn't want insurance on my husband's phone.... Well they put it on anyway. Had to call customer care about that. We were also told for having to spend six hours on two trips to this store to be helped that she would make sure we got a $50 credit on our bill. That never happened either until my second call to customer care. Six hours of my vacation that I can't get back, several calls to customer care to fix their broken promises. If it seems too good to be true it probably is. 0/10 would not recommend. Now I know why there were so many upset people...

Sure this is one person there that knows how to navigate through the computer, competently well this was not the case for me I had a female that didn’t know much at all I had my phone replaced by Best Buy they said go to T-Mobile and have them activate. Ok that’s fine. Note it’s a business account. Female ask me am I on the account like she’s supposed to I gave her passcode to get into account the ask me again I’m I on account it’s like her brain reset. So after 10 min of her tapping on screen she ask me again that’s when I knew she had no clue what she was doin. Now I’m only there to get phone activated because that had to replace through my insurance. Then she ask me would I like to get insurance,I’m pretty sure it says it on the account and informed her for the second time that I was just getting the phone activated because it was replaced through my insurance… I can go on and on about the bad experience but all they need to do is train their people a little bit better or hire...
