First off the beach front is nice, and this part of the beach is not very crowded. The staff that I spoke to was very nice! That being said this hotel needs a massive upgrade. The beds were some of the worst I have ever been in. One of our 2 beds had a giant dip in it (my crappy photography doesn't do the dip justice) and was nearly impossible to be comfortable in. Another reviewer said it looked like both 1,000lb sisters slept in it and I'm pretty sure I got the same room. Both beds have these mattress protectors with some type of large pad under it. That pad was consistently moving around and I had to unzip the mattress protector and readjust the pad on the bed and rezip up the protector. One of the most uncomfortable sleeps I have ever had in a hotel room. I ended up buying a small air mattress for one of my kids to sleep on due to the broken dip in the bed. Parking is absolutely atrocious. There are a few spots in front of the building but it's an absolute nightmare backing out of it into the main road or trying to back into your parking spot. These are always full, or people that can't park and take up 2-3 spaces so there are lots across the road, but same issues with backing into the main road. I was moved to this hotel due to an issue with my planned hotel chain booking and I was told check in was at 4PM. I showed up a little after 4, checked in and was told I had to wait for the room. I waited (with two small children, who was just in a car for 9 hours) until 5 and got back in line to check in again. I was told then that the room was ready, why couldn't someone have told me while I waited that the room was ready? Had I not gotten back in line, who knows how long I would have been there. waiting. The room had a kitchen, which is great. The pot to boil water had black stains in it and had water still in it from where it was put up without drying. I had to go purchase cooking utensils, spatula, forks, etc. There was one fork in the whole room. One point the hardware on a large mirror broke and their mirror fell in the floor; it did not break. I went down to notify the front desk. A full day went by, and no one came to look at it. I messaged their text system, which they say to text if need anything, and still no one came to look at it. I asked again the next morning, and it wasn't until the following day before it was fixed. I did not need the mirror, just did not want a large mirror to potentially shatter in the room floor. I asked multiple days for extra towels and never got any. They did not have any towels at the pool area so we had to keep taking bathroom towels down with us to the pool. Again, I would ask the front desk and I would never get any towels, I messaged the system and nothing. The only reason i got towels was when I would catch a cleaner in a nearby room and they would give me some. I understand this is a "get what you pay for" establishment but in 2025 there's no reason to not be able to upgrade mattresses and not have stained pots with water in it. This will for sure be the last time I stay there. I don't expect much from a Choice hotel but this was bottom of the barrel,...

I Reserved a handicapped room for over 3 months & confirmed it 3 times only to be told AT CHECK IN. "We don't have one available at time of check in". We could not use our mobile scooter because of the step up into our room, 604 without having to left it over the step. This caused us additional pain and Discomfort just going down to eat breakfast! Our mobility was limited at your hotel without my scooter! I paid for all the amenities you offered to get my money $ and we were not able to take advantage of them. We could never use the swimming pool. It was always over - loaded with more than 25 people. The maximum is 20 according to the pool sign. No one there to enforce the rules so as a paid guest, WE COULD NOT USE THE POOL! The Jacuzzi dial was not working so you could not use the jacuzzi to enjoy the force of the water jets. Your cable television was in and out of service and we only had 5 channels that were working, so we had to watch Repeatedly reruns over and over again. The ice machine on our floor was not working and all the ice machines were not working. I specifically told the maid to stay out of our room, and the Do Not Disturb sign was hanging on the outside of the door but she came in anyway and replaced coffee cups. Your valet attendant was extorting handicap folks (me) telling us there was only one handicap parking space in the front of the hotel and then one down in your basement. I would have to give him $20 a day to hold that handicap spot. The lady manager told me that Valet attendants are supposed to give a valet spot to a handicap person if the handicap spot is taken. YOUR VALET ATTENDANT DID NOT DO THAT. HE SHOULD BE FIRED AND SO SHOULD THE LADY MANAGER. It's Federal Law that all hotels must have A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF Blue/white MARKED HANDICAP PARKING SPOTS OUT FRONT OF THE HOTEL. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Florida Atty Generals office and the Florida Hotel Association. There MUST BE more than one handicap spot out front of your hotel. Then when I was checking out, the lady manager told me she didn't care, and she would not give us a discount. I Specifically Requested to be contacted when a handicap room was available & never happened. I am also calling the Florida Attorney General's Office over the Valet extortion and the lack of State & Federal Law regarding the lack handicap spots and how your valet is Extorting your customer base for $20 a pop. Upper Management needs to audit and make some changes with the staff of this crooked hotel. I am an Internet Influencer, "DON'T POKE THE BEAR" Podcast and all my complaints will be aired for the world to see. I have plenty of pictures and video of how nasty this hotel turned out to be. I made a big mistake staying at your cheesy hotel. Next time I'll know better. You lost a customer and now millions of other people will know too. When they come to Panama City Beach, Fl, they will know not to STAY AT YOUR HOTEL. I have contacted my credit card company and initiated a complaint and dispute for this credit...

Well, let's just say this...this was my first and will be my last staying at a Radisson hotel. I paid almost $1200 for a 7 night stay and didn't even have a parking space. Every day, I have had to park in a really dark lot and walk a nice little distance to the hotel. I have a handicapped father who can't walk like that so I have to drop him off and walk by myself in this very dim light parking lot that is across the street from the hotel. You would think that after spending the type of money that I did, I would have a parking spot on property. Now, for the rooms. Housekeeping should be fired! Rooms are not serviced as they should be. This hotel only changes bed sheets every 3 days, which is not good in the beach setting. The rooms have no carpet; therefore, they must be mopped. Well, the floor in our room couldn't have been mopped in months. Just walking across the floor in my socks turned the bottom of my socks black with dirt and filth. Another thing, I had to get my own towels every day by asking. Nobody from housekeeping came to check and see if we needed anything the entire time we were there. To make matters worse, only one roll of toilet paper for the entire 7 days! Next, let's talk about the balcony. The chairs on the balcony are cheap and I mean super cheap plastic chairs that pop and crack the entire time you are sitting in them. These chairs are meant for kids, not elderly adults! This room is supposed to be a penthouse room, which includes a small kitchen, but there was no utensils, no dish detergent to wash anything, and only one frying pan and one pot that looked like it was 25 years old. The furniture that was in the living area was old and worn out as well. The chair was broken and it took 3 days to get maintenance to do something about it. Also, we had to get maintenance to work on the A/C unit in the living area b/c it did not work right. According to maintenance, it was a bad thermostat, but it wasn't replaced. All maintenance did was disconnect unit from thermostat and tell us to control it manually. Overall, this place is NOT a good place to stay and I would recommend NOT staying here! It's not worth the price that is charged for one thing and then let's not forget the $300 security deposit that I was charged upon checking in. This was NOT mentioned when I booked the room. Supposedly, it is for "incidentals". What incidentals??? There are no "incidentals" to be had. Also, the pics of the rooms that are on the Internet are VERY, VERY MISLEADING! The pics on the Internet show something that basically does not exist! Next, the pool is super small and not clean at all! I wouldn't even consider putting my foot in that water, much less my whole body. The supposed hot tub was not clean either.

Overall, this is my first and last trip to Panama City simply b/c of my experience with this hotel!

People, please STEER CLEAR of this hotel; it's not worth the money charged and it will ruin what is supposed to be a...
