Can’t share how great this store was, especially one employee Will. I am usually not one to go to visit designer stores, such as this location, but I had noticed in my short stay that they seem to try and treat you with this high class inhuman experience that I can’t stand, filled with encouragement of how great something looks on you simply for the commission. This store was completely different. There was a nice restaurant in the same building I was visiting and of course never being to a restaurant with a dress code, I didn’t realize the jersey I wore wouldn’t cut it. I had rushed, looking for any sign of a simple tee shirt, even considering buy one off a stranger but settling for the nicer store in the area. I have personally never owned designer, nor considered it so I was considerably annoyed having to pay so much for a tee shirt. As soon as I entered the store, an employee named Will had addressed my rush and asked me if I was ok and what I was looking for, to which I responded asking for the cheapest tee shirt they had. He instant ran over to their stock and grabbed me one that was in my proper size. I was not familiar with the personal experience they create, asking for most general details of your person(phone number, email, etc.) but he accommodated me. He had had me write down my details on a sheet of paper so he could enter them in while I changed into my shirt, he also escorted me to the dressing rooms and provided me a place where I could instantly change and wear my new shirt out of he store. After changing, I came back to him having my payment ready so I only had to tap my card and exit. I was sweating and turning white due to stress of the situation and the disappointment of my girlfriend, to which Will had addressed that everything was going to be ok and im going to have a good dinner, which i did. He made sure to wish me well before i left and i will never forget this experience.Roughly a month later, i received a personal email from Will actually addressing the situation and his commentary as well as his best wishes, which was just the cherry on top. I stumble upon Canada Goose (CG) going through the mall, with no intention of buying however I have been wanting a CG outerwear for nearly 17 years.

Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by super friendly Mar. She was with me from start to finish. I had an idea of what I wanted since I get cold so easy (from SF) and one that was long. I tried about 12 parkas that Mar recommended. She was so patient, kind and super knowledgeable. I learned so much about CG and the materials used to make their amazing parkas.

I purchased the Mystique Parka in black. Fun fact, Mar told me, they customize the Mystique (full-length) parka for Rebecca Romijn who was set shooting X-Men 2. Since I’m not much into designer items but

I am so in love with my parka!!! The quality, little details for example the backpack straps for hands-free carrying when temperatures rise (how did I wait so long?)

I got to test my parka out the next day in cold/windy/rainy/snowy Panamint in Death Valley!!

Fantastic shopping experience from entry to exit. Have been through the Crystal shops many times and my wife was extremely excited to see they opened a location here. From the security to the in-store staff, ALL of them were very friendly and extremely helpful. Walked in with the intentions of letting my wife browse and I ended up with a vest for myself. The wife had found a sweater she loved but the size wasn’t in stock. The staff checked multiple locations for availability and had one located within minutes.
