Hibiscus Spa — Local services in Paradise

It’s a smaller spa which was fine. Front desk lady was super nice. The massage room was so small which was surprising. What really disappointed me was that I discussed what I would like in the massage - focus on one specific area of my body before it started with the therapist. The massage therapist understood by saying she would focus there. I said I did not need a fully body and I was in pain.

I got a fully body and no extra attention to my lower back.

I took two stars for the lack of execution after our discussion.

Front desk asked how everything was and I told them. She took $5 off for my “inconvenience”. I really don’t feel like $5 is an effort to address my feedback but I also acknowledge that she may have been limited in her ability to provide a greater discount. I certainly have paid willingly hundreds of dollars at other establishments and received incredible massages that made problem areas better sadly this is not one of those places.

They charged $160 for 50 mins - I got a voucher from the front desk for a discount. Otherwise it would have been $195.

While they were able to fit me in the same day, this felt less like a Westin spa and more like a retail chain massage place. I would go somewhere else next time.

Sam and Amari helped me book THE most AMAZING birthday spa package for my friend and 2 others! They both were so helpful and even made it extra special by adding champagne to our visit and singing happy birthday to our girl in our little private waiting area! Sam also went the extra mile by showing us everything and explaining how it all works, then discretly working with me after for the bill :) The whole facility was super clean, sanitized, and well looked after! Sam was bustling around, making sure everything was neat and tidy while we were there, so it's clear they keep things cleanly throughout the day.

Patricia and Marisol made the services even more enjoyable than massages and facials usually are! Patricia met all of our individual needs like the master she is and was super personable! Marisol helped the girls find ways to replenish and take care of their skin, at the next level, plus she was so kind and gentle.

Seriously, the best spa experience I have ever had and the birthday girl was over the moon! Thank you all so so much for making this such a beautiful end...

Charmaine at the Hibiscus Spa 🌺 is a super talented massage therapist at the Westin Hotel on the main Vegas strip, and this spa is a hidden gem - exceptional value for the 50-minute massage with aromatherapy! There's also a locker room with both types of saunas, nice showers, and a vanity area with hair dryer, curling iron, hairbrush, beauty products, ect. available so you can totally get your massage, enjoy the saunas, shower, get all dolled up yourself right there and go out - no need to go home to regroup afterwards.
