Read moreI don’t like going to luxury designer stores(like Prada, YSL, etc) because the sales rep is usually judgmental and ignore you etc based on how you dress or look. I can understand why they must do this however, since the bags are expensive products that can’t be handled too often.
So with this in mind I entered the shop expecting more of the same. However, I was VERY pleasantly surprised when the sales rep (name: Paris) greeted me cheerfully and nicely, like I was an old friend from high school! He was trustworthy and respectful of my 3-year old, with a friendly demeanor and charm that warmed up any anxieties of feeling I didn’t belong in this store.
Because he was skilled at making me feel welcomed, I felt comfortable and purchased my very first Louis Vuitton bag. Thank you Mr. Paris for your professionalism!

Read moreI purchased a wallet here and was told it would fit in a pocket. This didn’t fit and I called and asked for return information. Everything seemed simple so I started the return process. I followed everything they asked me to do. I’ve called, sent emails, and called again. Louis has had my wallet since the 11th of May. I still haven’t gotten a refund. I called again and the customer service lady would not transfer me to Bellagio. Said wait 24-48 hrs for a response. That was 5 days ago. I’ve emailed since then 4 times. They asked for the person that sold me the wallets name. I put the business card, receipt, and wallet all in the box like requested. So I don’t have the sales persons name. Even though everything should be on my account. I also purchase a purse and another wallet on this trip. If I hadn’t of gave the purse as a gift I would be returning it too for poor customer service. I have followed every request that has been made and no refund. I should have known when I was being talked into the wallet it wouldn’t fit and I should of used my Judgment and next time I will.
