This store has become a nightmare. I purchased a pair of Tabis in Paris this past summer, and upon my SA’s advice, I brought them here to see if they could be sent for repairs or replaced due to a defect. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.
When I arrived, I politely greeted an SA and began explaining my situation. Before I could finish, another SA abruptly inserted herself into the conversation, dismissing me outright and insisting, “We don’t do that. I’ve never heard of that.” Her tone was aggressive and dismissive. At first, I questioned whether I was overreacting, but my friend, who was with me, confirmed that her behavior was unprofessional.
I then asked to speak with a manager. Instead, she called over the stock lead, and as I attempted to explain the situation, she once again spoke over me, completely disregarding what I was saying. At that point, I didn’t even know how to handle the situation—I was embarrassed and frustrated.
Every time I visit this store, there are new faces, and the level of service is consistently poor. What frustrated me the most was how they made me feel like I was asking for something unreasonable when I was simply following the advice of my SA in Paris. I understand if certain policies or stock limitations exist, but the attitude and dismissiveness were completely uncalled for.
These shoes have only been worn five times, and I sought assistance in good faith. Instead, I walked away feeling like the staff is poorly trained and indifferent to customer concerns. At no point was I able to properly communicate my issue because I was constantly interrupted and shut down.

I always had such an enlightening shopping trip because the associates are so passionate and knowledgeable about the brand. To the point where Margiela became a favorite of mine through how much I learned. Margiela can be a more avant garde and edgy brand but through the suggestions of the SAs I’ve acquired pieces that look incredible and I would have never thought in a million years to wear. Unfortunately, during my last visit familiar faces were gone and the vibe of the store was different. Very quiet, very dull, just one woman with a very cold energy and another couple shopping. I even said hi and smiled when we locked eyes only to be ignored. I came in wanting to buy some sunglasses and a new 5AC bag. I then decided to take out my phone to write on my notes app the sunglasses I wanted so I could email my favorite, extremely kind SA to purchase these items. Only then did this woman decide to acknowledge my existence to tell me not to take pictures in the store. A rule I completely understand and respect. Just strange to finally speak to me only to chastise me and not to offer help when I walked in. It’s a shame the stereotypical mean vibes of luxury stores made it here. Read moreJust moved to Las Vegas and decided to check out some stores. When I found out there was a Maison Margiela store, of course I had to stop by.
It’s located in The Forum Shops at Caesars.
One thing I notice about Maison Margiela stores are that employees seem genuinely passionate about the brand’s ethos, designs, and history. My experience today was no exception.
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Guillermo.
Sometimes when I visit luxury retail stores, I feel guilty if I know I will not purchase anything - as if I am wasting the staff’s time.
However, Guillermo took the time to answer any questions I had about their items and brand. He, along with the other employees, were down-to-earth and were available to chime in for any additional assistance.
From our conversation, I could tell Guillermo was passionate about Maison Margiela, and fashion in general.
I visited several other stores at The Forum, and I can say with 100% honesty that Maison Margiela provided the best customer service today.
