One of the worst experiences of my life. Please save your money. Firstly I paid $180 for a 50 min Signature Facial. I have been getting facials regularly at different spas/resorts for 8 years.

I made and appointment same day for the facial and spoke with Ricky the front desk host, he was the best part of my time at the spa. After checking in I was given a tour of the spa. I had arrived 45 min early so I could enjoy the steam room and relax. The steam room was fine just a little messy with towels from guests. However the lounge area, jacuzzi area, and sauna had towels all over. Once it was about 11:55am, I sat in the waiting area. My esthetician came and got me at noon, after arriving at the room, getting undressed and waiting for the esthetician to come back I looked at the clock 12:02pm, we go downhill from here. She says she’s going to give me a deep cleanse, proceeds to apply cleanser and rub in for maybe 10 seconds, and remove with a steam towel….not a very deep cleanse. She then looks at my skin. She doesn’t perform a second cleanse which is standard for every facial I’ve ever had. She instead uses a scrub and scrubs my face and my eyelids…not very safe…she removes with a steam towel and extracts with a tool. She then gives me a facial massage that lasts for maybe 2min. As well as a shoulder massage for maybe 2 more min. I’m maybe 10 minutes into my facial. She then doesn’t make contact with me for the next ten-12 min, but I hear clicking on her phone and her phone buzzer go off. She’s texting during my $150 facial….great. She finally removes the oil applies a mask over my eyelids..not safe…and massages my scalp for ten minutes(most likely trying to buy time I’ve only been in the room for twenty min) again no contact for a while. Then removes the mask, applies a serum, moisturizer and spf and we are done. She asks me to get dress and sign a receipt. I look at the clock 12:41pm…a 39 min facial. She walks me back to the locker room and in the mirror I realize I have lots of scrub in my hair, so I go to the showers in the facility. Unfortunately the first shower had a palm sized amount of hair in the drain. The second a razor and a few black curly hairs on the bottom of the shower, the next finally a clean shower. I clean myself up and go to check out. Ricky meets me again, I pay and give him my feedback and he asks my to write it down to give to the manager. That same night after thinking about how awful my time was I called the spa and let a message for the manager. No response yet from any spa manager. Almost $200 for that….save your money. I’m a Caesar diamond member as well and the stay at planet Hollywood and my spa experience was incredibly disappointing to...

Highlight - Spa closing listed at 5:00pm and at 3:15 an employee hollered to half a dozen women they had 30 minutes to leave and that there are only 3 working showers Hot tub - A scalding 108 degrees even though sign says safe temp is 102 degrees. Sauna warm - did not break a sweat. Steam room - puddles of cool water and barely warm. Guests given jarring loud tours of facility. Spa voices, please! ALL areas glaringly lit except make up mirrors and can barely see face/hair. No clean brushes or combs. Plenty of employees around but only 3 small plastic water bottles available upon arrival at 1:30 which were never replenished. No towels under "Cold Towels" sign. Masseuse was just going through motions, and massage was mediocre at best. Dismal brown robes. Worn...

The massage was good the people were nice. BUT I'm not giving this 5 stars. My therapist was sniffling while giving me a massage yesterday. I didnt think of it then thinking if she was sick she wouldnt be working...And now I woke up with a really bad cold and sore throat. I paid $270 including an extra tip on top of the forced gratuity they already added. I can't believe I paid $270 just to get sick. She should have stayed home if she was sick. This review is to let people know, if you do come here and your massage therapist is sick at all. And you can hear it. Cancel your appointment and get your money back. Not worth ruining the rest...
