I was really upset with the experience I had at this location. I came shopping with a friend and wanted to try a few items on. When we were taken to the fitting room, the first associate kindly let us know they only had one and would have to go in one at a time. We were ok with that and thanked her. Once it was my turn to use it, another associate passed by. She saw me walking in with my crossbody bag, which only had my keys and wallet. Then she rudely told me I wasn’t allowed to bring in my bag inside and to leave it with my friend. I had no shopping bags with me, just my handbag with my personal belongings. I asked her why was my friend allowed in with hers and not me. She then rudely replied “IT’S THE POLICY.” Now I understand policies, but if it’s that’s policy then be consistent and clear about it with every customer. Their fitting room also has no associate supervision what so ever, or even a place for me to leave my bag outside. If my friend wasn’t with me, it would have definitely gotten stolen had I left it outside. No associates seemed to be paying attention to the fitting room either so, how would I feel trusted to leave my bag outside? That associate made me and my friend feel unwelcome and treated us like shoplifters. We left the store very annoyed and upset without making a purchase....

I had this issue buying shoes from Kevin, and it was an unpleasant experience making the final purchase from Emily F. at the register. I was in a bit of a rush to get to a prior commitment, and was expecting to select the shoes I wanted, purchase for shipping, and leave rather quickly. I was held up in the store 30 minutes more than needed due to their inability and incompetence in handling the matter. Instead of refunding my credit card, they attempted to place the money on a store gift card and claimed they “lost the transaction” because it wasn’t placed on the gift card correctly.
