YETI — Local services in Paramus

I recently had a disappointing experience with this store’s return policy. NOWHERE during my purchase was I informed that the tags MUST remain attached in order to return items a KEY detail that apparently determines whether something is considered “used merchandise.”This policy might be understandable if it were clearly communicated to me at point of sale, but the staff never mentioned it at the time of sale, nor is it clearly stated on receipt or signage as what "used merchandise" entails to a normal customer this would mean the item is worn. This to me that there is LACK training for sales associates as well as the store manager to explain this to customers clearly to not have a bad shopping experience. It's a really cool store with a huge selection of mugs and coolers and other yeti gear. They had so much more than I expected and everything feels really high quality. The staff was all really friendly and the store has a fun feel to it. They do custom mugs there as well. I also didn't realize that yeti made things like beach chairs and cast iron pans and stuff.

Was greeted very nice by Ashley, the store manager. Very friendly and knows the products inside and out. Not pushy sales wise and even tried to show me their most affordable and on sale items first. The quality and durability on these bags are second to none. I bought a cooler so I can take to golf. Now I'm guaranteed to have the drinks I selected ice cold the whole round and not have to roll the dice on a drink cart and when you get a cold drink in the heat it doesn't last long!
