OMG! I had the absolute pleasure of being helped today by Maddy! I needed a pair of horseback riding boots & jeans that day and was already feeling frustrated because I'd spent 30+ minutes looking at another place. #1 I hate trying on shoes & clothes #2 I haven't had to shop for jeans since losing a ton of weight (due to a sudden health issue) so knowing my size🤦 beyond frustrating. I was looking at a wall of jeans not knowing what sizes translated to what (22 vs 5s?) and was just about to give up from frustration. I didn't catch the name of the male associate who heard me frustratingly mumbling to myself, I'm sure looking upset and asked if I needed help. When I informed him I needed riding boots & jeans he went to get his Manager, Maddy. OMG I've never in my life had this high level of personal & caring customer service in a bigger store! I explained to Maddy what I was looking for and she listened patiently & asked detailed questions to figure out what I needed. Even something as "simple" as socks was treated with care & consideration & I was given so much thoughtful information to make the best choice for what I needed. She brought me a ridiculous amount of jeans to try on & made sure I gave input on what worked or didn't work for each. PLUS, we picked out the shoes I needed before trying on the jeans so I could make sure it would work for riding AND went & grabbed me multiple options for leather treatment for my shoes because I'd informed her I had NO clue what to do or what I was looking for. She even told me the pros & cons for each of those leather treatment products! I mean seriously!?!? I've never in my life been treated so well nor believed that the person helping me truly enjoyed doing so! Maddy understood me, my frustrations with shopping & all the complexity in picking out clothes & accessories for horseback riding. I believed the happiness she expressed in helping me! It was truly my honor being...
Read moreBuyer beware. I purchased a generator from this place 2 years ago and used it camping 3 weekends. The battery took a dump for the electric start. Jayden their repair guy stated over the phone that they would just warranty it out and I could pay the difference for another brand as this one is discontinued. Get to the store and the story completely changes. Just leave it here and we will try to fix it they say. Now they are charging me for the battery replacement $80 telling me the option to warranty it out and change to a different model that they haven’t discontinued is no longer an option and that I have no choice but to continue with a discontinued generator Murdochs doesn’t offer. So sorry you sent $1500 on a piece of equipment we don’t offer anymore that developed issues after 3 weekends of use. Very poor customer service in committing to a replacement with a non discontinued brand and then reversing as soon as I get there. This place will never see a red penny from myself or anyone I know ever again. I even went as far as to call their corporate number where the representative agreed that the commitment should have been met and that trying to fix a discontinued generator what’s not good. They want to fix it to push it past warranty (not sure what a warranty is if I’m being charged to fix it) so that I’m stuck with a discontinued...
Read moreThis store is one of our favorite places to go for supplies and of course for items our dog may need. This particular store has a great group of employees on the weekends. When you walk in the door they always great you with a smile and Hello! The store is almost always stocked up and you rarely find a shelf that's empty. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because this past weekend we were looking for ice melt. We asked three different employees where the bags were and none of them knew where the bags actually were. We got sent from the back of the store to the front and all the way out to the gated area in the parking lot. My husband asked one last employee and that person finally knew exactly where the bags were. There weren't that many left because we were told ice melt is seasonal and that season is being fazed out. Um, it's still February and the season is definitely not over. But, besides that little issue trying to find the bags this particular location is definitely somewhere we will continue to...
