Matt was phenomenal!! I own a MacBook Pro which is roughly 7 years old. My charger cord had a cut in it that ended up frying my battery, fan, and charger connector port on my laptop. Not every computer repair place that isn’t the Apple store or a speciality Mac store can repair Mac’s. You usually always have to make an appointment at the Apple store too. Not at A+ Computers though. I didn’t even call ahead! I just walked in and Matt was able to help me right away. He called me within an hour of me dropping my laptop off to tell me exactly what would need to be fixed and for how much. And as if it couldn’t get better, he could have my laptop ready for me later in the afternoon! I’ve never been to a repair store where my laptop didn’t have to sit with them for a couple of weeks. He gave me an amazing price for all the repair work! Far cheaper than I have EVER paid at the Apple store or any other speciality Mac store. Not to mention, he also repaired my charger cord as an added bonus to the whole experience. I am very happy with his work, overall friendliness, quick turnaround, and professionalism. He clearly knows what he’s doing when it comes to fixing computers. And he’s not solely in this business to make money. Customers are obviously very important to him. I would absolutely use him again and recommend...
Read moreDO NOT GO HERE. My iPhone 6s was shattered. I went into the shop as it was recommended by a friend. I paid $100 for a new screen, higher than they advertise. When I picked my phone up the fingerprint password access would not work. The guy in the shop acted like he had no idea and there was nothing he could do about it. He made me come back an hour later, still wasn't fixed. Finally I tried turning it off and on again, it worked. There is also now a black spot on my screen but the man said there was nothing he could do about it. I brought it home and my phone is completely ruined. I went off to college so I couldn't bring it back, but I wouldn't anyways because he had no idea what he was doing. MY PHONE SCREEN DOESN'T WORK. And now two months later my phone is useless and I have to buy a new one. It worked perfectly fine before but I immediately could tell the screen was bad the day after they fixed it. The touch doesn't work. The screen has now shifted and there is a line at the top. It will spaz out and not press, or if I press it will press somewhere else, very irritating for typing. GO TO THE APPLE STORE. It is only $20 more than these guys. Complete disappointment and...
Read moreEdit: After contacting the owner he asked if he could replace the screen with the same quality, for no charge. I would definitely recommend them.
I had my computer fixed a few days ago and it was a fairly reasonable price, much cheaper than Best Buy. It only took a week and a half as well. The people there were very professional and timely. However, my computer originally came with a screen with a 1920x1080 resolution but it was replaced with a much lower resolution 1366x768. I wish I had known originally that the screen would be replaced with such varying in quality screen. Mainly because I was debating if it would be worth the price of fixing it or buying a new one, since the price of repair was $300+ while the computer is likely only worth $600. It may be my fault for not specifying that I would have wanted the same resolution screen. It just makes the original aspect ratio that I have been used to for so long to change to this makes the screen feel blurry and hard to see. For most people this wouldn't be a issue at all. Thats why im giving it a 3 stars, but personally I would believe that if you aren't very worried about your computer's performance I would...
