BurgerFi — Restaurant in Florida

Last evening was our First Time going to BurgerFi. There were 4 of us; myself, my mother and 2 other women. I was somewhat 'disappointed!' The 4 of us placed our order and it took a long time to bring us our Order , which was not brought together. They served one order at a time. One order, the Fries were cold and when they finally served my order and my mother's order, the burgers were cold. When we placed our orders, they weren't that busy either. I was disappointed because I had heard good things about this New Place but, wasn't happy eating a cold hamburger and Luke warm onion rings. I was also disappointed with the fact that I didn't think an order of onion rings which cost about $5.00 would only be 5 onion rings. That's a Dollar an Onion Ring. My mother's burger was cool also but we both figured if we sent them back, it would take another 20 minutes to get our food. One of the ladies had a breakfast burger, which she thought was pretty good and the neighbor who's blind, she enjoyed her burger but was unhappy that her fries were cold. I hardly ever give a poor review but unfortunately, We did not have a Good Experience yesterday evening. I gave 2 Stars for effort. I'm sure I will not return. My advice is, go and see for yourself if you love burgers that much but as for me, Paying $29.00 for 2 cold burgers, a cool order of fries and 5 onion rings isn't an enjoyable meal. This is a Glorified Fast Food Place which is Overpriced as well as cold burgers 🍔 and 🍟 fries and onion rings . I personally wouldn't tell my friends to go. Should you decide to go, Good Luck. I hope you receive better service and results...

Will never eat here again.... Been to multiple other burgerfi locations and love them all but this one is obviously not properly ran. First off while waiting in line, I let a gentleman in front of me to get a cup for the soda fountain. He went to the first girl at the cash register who said I was up next, once I motioned that he could order in front of me, she immediately states "well i'm going on break right now" and walks off to a table and goes on her phone. I laughed out loud to how unprofessional that was at first, and the poor dude turned around and looked at me in such a sense of confusion, extremely unprofessional....

I then proceed to order after a different female employee came up and talked to the only cashier for a good minute as i'm standing there waiting for them to stop gossiping. i then order from a girl that has no nametag on (assuming she's a trainee) and waited for a good 10 minutes to get my order (just fries and chicken tenders) and then proceeded home. Opened the bag and to my suprise , my order was not what i ordered and the fries were placed sideways in the bag, spilling all over the bag.... 1 cashiers have to listen to what the customer is ordering and if they don't know, ASK 2 you cant package "gourmet" fries with toppings on them by putting them sideways into a bag, and having them split all over the place.Place needs serious management adjustments and frachiseé needs to get this place in check... 3.6 stars to a place that hasn't been open for a while is not a...

I have eaten at a number of BurgerFi chains and generally am very happy with my food. However this one has a lot of work to do. This is a relatively new location and I expect there to be some hiccups. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and nothing else. It took 28 minutes to receive my order. It was obvious that it was not a fluke as several other customers were complaining about the amount of time it took to get an order. While I was waiting another gentlemen placed an order (after me) and was waiting for his food which included two shakes. The shakes came very quickly but he was still waiting for his food (take out order) 20 minutes later when I finally left with my order. The whole time he was getting mad as well because his shakes were only about ¾ full. I understand they are new and finding their groove but when I asked about my order the person had a bit of an attitude and told me that it was coming and I should just wait. So much for treating the customer nicely! I finally get my food and drive home (about 5 minutes away) and immediately pull it out of the bag and put it on a plate to eat. I take the first bite and taste burnt bacon and a very dry burger. I know from eating at other BurgerFi restaurants that the burgers are usually juicy and tasty. My experience was unfortunately not a good one and I was left with a very overcooked burger and burnt bacon for all the time I had to wait....
