Read moreHad a nightmare ish experience her a few weeks ago. First, service was not very good to begin with. The server was really distracted, bringing us drinks after we got our appetizer. I also asked for a second drink and never got it, tried to remind her about it but still never received it. I then said to just take it off the check but she tried to insist that she could bring it then.. after 25 minutes. At the end we paid and noticed minutes after that something was not adding up in how much we paid so we think the server maybe charged us wrong (maybe adding the second drink we never received). We had selected to receive a digital receipt but it never arrived over text message so we went to the front and asked for a copy minutes after. They said that they were too busy to give us a receipt and to call the manager the next day. We sent an email and called and the guy that answered asked for the information and said that he will call us back. A few days pass and we never received a call back, we called the restaurant again, another manager responded and asked us the information again and said that they will call us back, unsurprisingly they never did. Lastly, a friend who was with us that night and also felt that he was overcharged went to the restaurant to see if someone could give him answers and apparently they didn’t find the transaction at that moment. Again, a manager said they would contact him with information and never did. The lack of communication and respect is shocking and frustrating considering we weren’t even asking for money back, just wanted to check our receipt. Each interaction was with a different manager and each and every one was unhelpful. This was my first time here and unfortunately will be my last. I really wanted to enjoy this place, but it was a huge disappointment.
The Restaurant Just another Ruby Tuesday's on steroids. The place is quite spacious and has a cool vibe. The music is too loud to enjoy a meal or conversation even if you're sitting at a booth. There were several people at the front of the restaurant around 4:20 pm on a Friday when I walked in, and nobody acknowledged my presence until a server came out of the kitchen and noticed I was standing at the front. The young woman at the front who is the hostess was more interested in her cell phone than seating customers.

The Food Everything we ordered was overly salted. We ordered the queso cheese dip, and could hardly taste the cheese because it was so heavily seasoned and salted. Even the chips that came with the queso were sprinkled with seasoned salt. We barely touched it. My friend and I both ordered cheeseburgers, I ordered the black and blue burger. It came with blue cheese dressing which was too heavy, and the entire meal was so salty I could barely taste anything and left half of it. The french fries were frozen and tasteless and salty. Everything tasted pre-packaged and frozen. The Pinot Grigio was delicious.
The Prices Way overpriced for what we received on our plates. I say this with all sincerity, I could have had a really delicious burger and fries at Denny's off Palmetto. This was a huge disappointment and a waste of money. My burger was $17.95, and the cheese dip was $14.50. Outrageous prices for the quality of food.
