Dine-in order for the Market Salad with grilled chicken and a kids meal. Took one bite and started to mix dressing in and noticed the lettuce had red edges throughout the salad; strawberry had a funny mildew taste to it and I returned it to the register. The cashier asked if I wanted another one but I decline and just ordered a cooked chicken sandwich to be on the safe side. She hands it to me without refunding the difference and stared at me blankly when I emphasized that there was a discrepancy in price between the two items. After that they get the manager and she comes over insisting that the salads are made fresh daily. Showed her the discolored lettuce in the salad and she kept reiterating that the salad was fresh. Another man comes over, I am assuming he was the owner, he also reiterated that the salads are made fresh every day and the salad is fine despite showing him the lettuce. At this point, after leaving my daughter to eat alone while I nervously kept checking over at her as this was going on I was fed up and just asked for a full refund of my salad. They gave me a full refund for the entire sale and she curtly told me (3-5 days). We were so excited when this Chick-fil-a first opened in Parsippany but the quality and service has gone down exponentially over the last few times we ordered. Orders are wrong, parts of the order missing, low product quality (size of the chicken filet on the left of picture below compared to a single chicken tender along with half filled large waffle fry.). I thought it was due to drive thru pick up but after today, we will absolutely NEVER order anything from this Chick-fil-a again. My experience here today was the antithesis of the culture, values, and purpose that Chick-fil-a supports: "To glorify God by being a faithful steward of all that is entrusted to us. To have a positive influence on all who come in contact with...

We’re deep in a chasm. Legend has it that when they found the Dead Sea scrolls, “the powers that be” felt fulfilled , in control. The rest closed their eyes and ears in a blissful sort of malignant ignorance.
When the second in command found himself immersed in the heavy underground, The salt from the buoyant sea sifted through the air and touched him. The man in charge looked up to god and said : I have not found these scrolls. These scrolls are here now. The earth is moving under our feet, but our souls move not with it. Some other day, it will be somebody else.
It’s not every day you find yourself traversing such a landscape. when you have a moment — a moment that matters — an instance in time that shapes you, transforms the invisible barrier deciding our pathways , dividing us piece and parcel, brother from brother. Do we deserve this? Do any of us deserve to bear witness? I’ve let go of the dream that brought us here.
Steve Jennis was born to a family of five April 7th, 1973.
I’ve always thought it was strange. Every time we go up, another must come down. I guess it’s no wonder the pulley system was invented by god (XIII). They say that when a star dies, we won’t even have the faintest inkling for thousands of years. As our atmosphere fades into the expansive, nonending black, long after the supernova has engulfed itself — brothers will break bread, wives will kiss, gusts of El Niño will bring the sands of the Sahara onto our dusty coasts. The eight continent has been found. And at the core of its insipid rotting heart. Lies the faithful core of Parsipanny. And here we will return to the liquid form we came from, A drop of foam that fell from gods cup and steadfastly refuses to blossom into anything...
Read moreWell, to begin, the first and main problem I have with this place is that they do NOT have the mobile pick-up or delivery orders on the shelf like they used to. There is a big screen about the shelf showing orders that are ready and orders that are being prepared. The problem is, whenever I come in to pick-up an order, it’s NEVER there AND there isn’t even an employee that is willing to help. I’m a delivery driver and this place gets customers that order food and drinks constantly!! ALL the time: morning, day and night. The employees are only concerned with walk in traffic/customers waiting in line and then placing an order. There needs to be better organization!! The cashier/employee that is taking peoples orders when they walk in, is the same employee that has to stop what they are doing to assist a customer or delivery driver waiting to retrieve an order. It’s such nonsense. I really suggest going back to the old way; where orders were placed on the shelf! I’m delivering food and I don’t have time to wait around!! And plus, your place sends me a message every time the order is ready… so, when I walk in, you should have it already available for me to grab and leave! But, nope. There’s ALWAYS a wait. It’s just unnecessary wasted time… Please fix this...
