Burger King — Restaurant in Pasco

Crappy Burger King, I ordered one thing a whopper with no cheese, extra mayo & extra pickles. The drive thru line was into the parking lot and took forever to get to the window, this at 8:45PM. I couldn't figure out why it was so backed up this late. When I got to the window I found out why. Two things happened my order was completely wrong (an order of one item!) and the manager who seem to be manning the drive thru window was instead making passes at one of the female employees who was leaving her shift and continuously flirting with her, I waited at the window for a hamburger for 4 min. while the manager acted inappropriately ordering one of the male employees to mop something up in the dinning room but speaking in Spanish and then laughing at the employee when the employee showed he could not understand what he was being told in a foreign language, the manager was also joking and laughing with the other Spanish speaking employees in between flirting with the employee who had ended her shift all the while in Spanish. He didn't seem to understand what it means to be in authority or how to behave responsibly. Update what the hell are you serving the chicken is so over cooked you cant bite in it. The bun was hard as well. Im calling in the health dept for this. YOU CANT SERVE CHICKEN THATS BEEN SITTING FOREVER. Where's the beef? Some people might not remember that saying but I'm old enough to remember that I thought I would at Burger King how bad could it be? Well it can be bad first of all the price on the menu it's not the price you're going to pay you might end up paying a different price for the small. I bought a number one and on the thing out there in the Drive-Thru I swear it's $9 and some cents but then they charge you $10.39 my whole meal cost me $11.29. I thought this better be a very good meal because the price of it gosh I could get that at Red Robin for that price. So I bring it home I pull it out of the bag and find out the french fries aren't even cooked all the way. I then look at the burger and said where's the beef because you cannot tell me that this is a Whopper Patty. It was so small you could have made a junior Whopper out of it. Went there on Sunday November 12th ordered two Whoppers with cheese, no tomatoes, a bacon cheeseburger, and a large order of fries. My order was placed at 5:37pm (I checked the receipt). After 15 minutes I started watching the time. After 18 minutes my Whoppers finally came up and the bagger said to the cook "these are supposed to be without tomatoes, take them back and pull the tomatoes off". I told her, no I wanted ones made without tomatoes, not ones pulled apart. I had to tell her this three times, before she finally tells the cook, "I guess he wants new ones". Four minutes later my Whoppers were up. Got home to cold fries. 22 minutes to make my order. I called the corporate line and complained. They took my information and asked if were ok for the manager to contact me, I said yes. Never heard from anyone. I don't want a refund or anything free, just to have the customer service and timeliness addressed, I guess this location really doesn't care for...
