i’m never the type of person to leave reviews unless the customer service was really good or really bad. unfortunately for this, it’s the latter. if i could give zero stars to this place, i would. you would think they can make an easy order like a simple cookie crumble creme frappe but still managed to mess it up. i’ve given this location not one, not twice, but THREE times to correct themselves as each time it was wrong and have brought it up to them, yet no change whatsoever. they will roll their eyes at you and is just so rude like the others who’s had the same complaints before me. this place gets so slammed at rush hours where the lines are so long and so i chose to go inside instead. workers are too busy chatting to even focus on the line outside and inside the lobby with unhappy customers with incorrect orders inside as well. if you want to go to a starbucks that KNOWS how to make their drinks properly and correctly, this is NOT it. lol. i wanted to go to this location as it was only a street away from me but i’m going back to the one on clearwater beside the 395 highway. have...
Read moreSix years ago I found myself declaring, "Starbucks is my new hobby." Before you call that lame, hear me out. My days started early & often went late as I took care of my beloved 3-year old grandson & his 2-year old brother. After the drive through rush hour to then take care of my elderly mother & neglected husband, I was wearing out fast. After noticing a fairly small Starbucks (the one on Canal in Kennewick) I began stopping inbetween gigs for a break. OMgosh! A cheery greeting, MUSIC, the comforting hum of adult chitchat and a chance to unwind between familial responsibilities! Oh, and beverages! I don't say "coffee" because I've never been a coffee drinker. Upon noticing someone having their phone scanned, that's when Starbucks became my hobby, signing up for rewards. This new store addition to Court St. in Pasco may be the largest one you've been in. Serious window walls. They always make things right. If they goof, they make it right. I call each of the barristas, the music, the customers, everything about SB therapy without the price tag of...
Read moreIf you haven't been since the remodel, you NEED to stop in and see the inside. It's modern and gorgeous. I did, unfortunately, have to share my seating area with a male who was clearly getting his coffee post-workout and hadn't bothered to shower. But I won't mark Starbucks down for the smell I endured; it wasn't their fault! They were proudly serving everyone. :P I did mark them down for the staff friendliness. Starbucks in TC is definitely the least peppy of all the coffee houses. Dutch Brothers and Roasters are full of positive people and coffee delivered with enthusiastic employees. But this Starbucks was less friendly than the norm; we weren't greeted but instead stared into starting our order. And my daughter changed her mind on the food item and the guy looked like he wanted to whine about the inconvenience but held it in. But, per the norm, the food and drinks were great and just as we...
