The saleswoman tried to fool me and lied to me multiple times in a matter of 10 minutes. I went to buy a jacket and pants. When I walked in (06/30), she asked me questions like, "How many suits, shoes, shirts, ties do have? What are their color? etc." But didn't ask for a price range. Told me something like, "Oh! bring your other suits here and we will tailor them for free!" I thought this is going to be highly personalized session but later on I realized that she was using that info just to sell me more and more. She brought shoes of different colors and told me how THOSE colors would go well with everything. They had a buy one get one free offer and so she basically gave me a black suit to try without asking me if I wanted it and despite the fact that I told her that I already own a black suit. I thought she just wants me to try that to see a fitting and then would ask me if I like some other color. Next think I know she is placing the suits and putting shirts and tie for both suits without even asking me if I want to buy them!!! I looked at the price and the suit was super expensive. I told her that it was not under my price range and if she could show me a cheaper one as I could see many cheaper ones in the shop. She told me that that was the only suit that fit me well and if I bought other suit that will need tailoring and that would be VERY expensive. This was the trigger point for me and I told her that I would pass. She suddenly changed her tone and said you can go for less fitted ones and I can show you those!

Read moreTerrible experience, I would not recommend anyone patronize this store. From start to finish the tuxedo rental process was problematic. The issues started when there was an error in the tailoring of one of the groomsmen's shirts, which made it almost unwearable. Then we were informed that the grooms clothing was not in the store, and that it would not be available until the next day (the day of the wedding, which was over two hours from their store). To Fix their mistake they drove the clothing to the hotel we were staying at, and the clothing arrived ONE HOUR before the ceremony. This error caused an enormous amount of stress for not only the groom but also his bride. To top off the experience the clothing was to be returned the day after the wedding which happened to be a Sunday. After running into car trouble on the way back I was unable to return the clothing due to their reduced Sunday hours (noon-6pm). When I came to the store on Monday morning a few minutes after they opened, I explained the situation and my displeasure with their service. I then payed the late return fee and informed the staff that I would not be a repeat customer and left. Went with my Fiance to get fitted for his first ever suit/tux for our wedding, an experience that should have been really fun and emjoyable. I understand Men's Wearhouse might not be the place to look for this experience, which is more on us and our expectations than theirs, but the customer service was egregious.
We booked an appointment just to make sure that we were given the help we needed, because we really did need it. My fiance was hopeful that at a 'fitting' appointment he would be fitted, this again, was his first experience.
Extremely rough estimates were taken and he was sent out into the store with zero guidance. After trying on a suit, and seeing that it didn't fit, no one came to offer help. I went up mulitple times and was completely ignored and waited patiently for one of the employees to offer assistance during a reserved appointment.
There were other customers in the store and we understand that our needs absolutley do not outweigh the needs of others, but our needs should not have been outweighed by theirs.
