I enjoy the drinks at Art City Coffee. The special menu changes from month to month and always has something interesting on it. So far, I have not gone wrong with a Chai of any flavor.
They have a selection of local art at the front, such as rings, stickers, art pieces, and cute little squeaky dinosaurs.
The owners are super friendly and always try to do the best they can with the drinks ordered. They always make sure when we get our kids' hot cocoa that they are cool enough to drink right away.
The shop is a little small but is cozy enough to sit at one of the three sitting areas, plus the whole outside is nice for sitting and has plenty of other little shops around it, so you can drink your coffee and explore. There's also a Ronald McDonald clown that you can sit by if that's something you'd want to do. Nobody will judge.
They do have a drive-through as well if that's something you are looking for.
The area can be a little difficult to get into if you don't know how to enter, but once you are in, it's a nice secluded area without worry of cars speeding through.
Note that if the coffee isn't to your satisfaction that perhaps the coffee you ordered wasn't one you'd have liked anyway? Like, I've recently found out im not a fan of lavender in my coffee, but that isn't the fault of anyone putting lavander in my coffee but myself...
Read moreWe heard about the legendary Brand X burgers and had to come try them out ourselves. Clay is the owner and is so kind and great to chat with. He said he had already been much busier than anticipating, which is awesome for a Saturday at 11:45am. He told us how he loved going to Brand X burgers growing up and wanted to bring them back. We weren't around here when the original was here but they were fabulous burgers! The bun tasted homemade, the party was the perfect size, the pickles were thick and crunchy, the tomato, onion, and lettuce were all so fresh! And those fries! $3.50 for a huge portion. We both loved our burgers and everyone loved the fries. That Brand X seasoning made it. Highly recommend it! There are a few booths and tables plus a bar. Not a ton of seating but we took ours home and it was still plenty hot. We can't wait...
Read moreSince leaving Utah County, I haven’t been back to Art City Coffee in almost a year. The recent reviews suggest it’s as good as it’s always been. This is my all-time favorite coffee spot, and I’m writing this review because I could really go for an iced dirty chai right now and because I miss relaxing in an atmosphere that always felt warm, personable, and accepting. Art City Coffee was my place of reprieve as a BYU student. One summer, I stopped there almost every morning to work on homework or grab a coffee before class (the challenge, of course, was guzzling it down in the car before stepping foot on campus). So, thank you Clay and the staff at Art City Coffee for giving me a place to unapologetically indulge my inner coffee fanatic....
