Tried this place out for the first time this morning. South Utah County is lacking good old fashioned diners, and this looked like it could fit the bill. I love the decor, we eat at the sister restaurant, the Straptank, on a regular basis which is also decorated like an old motorcycle shop. Love it!

Only reason docking a star was the first impression as a new customer waiting to be seated. Two prominent signs ask you to wait to be seated, which I did. Yet I felt ignored as I made eye contact with several employees and still stood waiting...as a couple other 'regular' customers just walked in past me and sat themselves. Also, once seated, the waitress passed me by to take the orders of another group that came in after me. (Perhaps she was thinking more people = better tip, the lone tipper can wait?)

I should note that everyone was very friendly and nice, seemed like great staff overall.

Once seated and getting attention from the waitress, I ordered the 'Biker's Breakfast'. The food came out fresh and quickly, and was cooked to order.

The two strips of bacon were perfect - thick, cooked to be crisp but still have some soft center and great flavor. As always, I would have welcomed more bacon...

The hash browns were also nicely cooked. Golden brown and crisp on the outside, hot and soft in the center. The portion size was just right.

One slice of sourdough toast, cut in half, was about half as much toast as I typically get at similar places, which is a shame considering what appeared (and tasted) like homemade raspberry preserves on every table. Nice touch.

The eggs are supposed to be sourced locally, and tasted as though they were. They didn't seem to have any salt or pepper on them, but that was easily remedied at the table.

Overall, it was a good experience with delicious food. They should add another slice of toast for the price, but otherwise it's a fair deal. Other diners I've tried leave you stuffed for the same price. Don't get me wrong, I didn't leave hungry, but I didn't leave stuffed either (probably good, lol).

I intend to try it again with my wife, hopefully the delay experienced today...

Wow! What an amazing little place this turned out to be! The ambiance is very cool, the food was tasty and portions were great and the staff was very cheerful and helpful. We had a larger party and had to seat a few at the bar and the rest in a booth. The service to both groups was excellent and the food was very speedy. In our party we tried the omelettes, chicken fingers, pancakes, waffles, something called the "baby Dutch pancake" that was amazing, and the Monte Cristo. Everything tasted great including sides and sauces. No complaints at all on the food or staff, great job! One tiny thing to consider is the booth set up. The tables for the booths are on the smallish side and the legs of the tables are these MASSIVE steel I-beam things. Watch out for your knees getting in and forget about moving your legs around once seated, it's really tight under there. If you have bigger feet it's quite a job to maneuver in and out of the booth, so make sure you're ready to sit down for a while once you're sat. On the other hand, I suppose taller people could just sit at a table or at the bar, but since the girders they used for table legs are mostly hidden by the table top, it seems like a strange choice: to inconvenience diners for the sake of adherence to design principles that only people on their hands and knees...

Okay, so we came here for Father's Day with my boyfriend and his two sons, and we knew it was gonna be a little busy and have some wait time but apparently it's a common theme whether is slow OR busy. We were told about 35 minute wait and we said ok, got sat down about 25 minutes later, cool great, BUT then it took THIRTY minutes for our server to just acknowledge us because we finally asked the unfriendly host if we even had one. He then tended to tables who were sat after us, got their drinks, was running food and ringing people out, (I also saw no hand washing after cashing people out), then brought our drinks out at different times, food came out at different times. Very very very subpar for the food, wait, lack of good service, and the prices were a little high for the quality. It wasn't bad food but it wasnt worth it. $4 for basic drink. The lack of care and attention by the staff (all staff) will be the reason we will not be coming back. Kinda ruined the morning for Father's Day. Definitely don't come here if you're hungry or have obligations cuz you will be waiting FOREVER which seems like the most common complaint. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES and maybe staff extra people on busy days. Place is a bust. Also, watching staff bicker and argue in front of everyone shows the lack...

I showed up too early so I was not able to eat here as I am a traveler, however I took a peep around and was able to explore looking through windows and what is outside on display and it was EPIC! If I ever drive back through this town I will definitely have to taste and give a food review until then I loved exploring and seeing all that I was able too! There was no disappointment!
