Swig — Restaurant in Springville

I couldn’t say enough good things about this location! There are very few franchises that truly understand customer service and the value of recurring business. I am a regular at this Swig location and every single time, no matter who is working I am greeted with absolute kindness and professionalism! SaVanna is one of the employees I see most often and I love how when I see her it feels like I’m visiting a friend 💜 she is so sweet and has my drink order memorized!! There is another employee who’s name I haven’t gotten, cause we usually just call each other bestie 🥰 not only is the service top notch, the staff is always on game delivering an amazing product as well! Never had a bad drink or a bad pretzel! 10/10 would recommend go be besties with the staff at this...

I’ve probably ordered well over a hundred sodas from Swig, and unfortunately, this one was by far the worst I’ve had. It tasted more like sparkling water with the faintest hint of mango — nothing like the Mt. Dew with mango and peach purée I ordered. I even tipped when placing the order, which makes it more frustrating. I really need to stop tipping when drinks are not always great.

Swig has always been hit or miss, but usually even the “misses” are still drinkable. This one wasn’t. I’m honestly so disappointed — it felt like a waste of $6. I had to toss it and just order a soda with fast food.

The staff at this swig are so helpful, patient, and kind. Our whole family loves coming to swig in Springville near the Walmart. Not to mention, they always know how to add exactly the right, fun ingredients and mix my drink to make it taste the best of anywhere antound.
