Crooks. Do not buy parts from here. I bought a battery 3 years ago for my car. It cost me $400 which I thought was high priced but it came with a 3 year warranty and my car was disabled so I had no other choice but to buy it from these crooks. 3 years later and battery went bad. Of course they will not honor warranty on it even though it was still within warranty period. Decided to go to Walmart where I got the same 3 year warranty for the same battery that cost me $100. After having bad service elsewhere it was really nice to go into a place that wanted to help you. They tested an alternator for me and then listened to what problems we were having with the truck. They tried to figure out what the problem would be and told us if we could get it going enough to get it there they could run diagnostics and let us know anything else to help solve the problem. I've been to this store and many other auto parts stores in the past, usually the staff is pretty good, but o'riellys as a store is just a disappointment every time I go. Rebuilding an axle for my dad Silverado took me 8 trips and long conversations with the manager to figure out what parts we needed in their system, went once to auto zone and got the parts I needed.
