I cannot express how amazing this place is! I walked in not really knowing what would be here. I tried about 10 different varieties and combinations of olive oils and balsamic. And OH MY GOSH. I was in complete heaven. Not only was I completely impressed with the flavor and quality, but I appreciated the lesson on the olive oils and balsamic vinegars. It will really amplify my cooking at home. I went home and tried the wild blueberry balsamic mixed in with pure maple syrup to serve on some buttermilk pancakes and I almost fell out of my chair because I was so delighted by the flavor. The macarons are amazing as well. I could tell the baker was very precise because the macarons are fresh, smooth and chewy. They have perfect feet on them and are exploding with flavor! I cannot wait to tell all of my friends and family about this place! Can’t wait to purchase more from this place! If you enjoy cooking delicious meals at home packed with flavor, you MUST check this place out! Not only do they have an incredible selection of flavor infused olive oils and vinegars, but they let you taste them before you buy! They have tons of other delicious and unique items like flavored honey, hot sauces, flavored salts, jams, homemade breads, and more.

They also make fresh macarons that are not only delicious but almost too pretty to eat! ("almost" we definitely ate them) They have tons of flavors, too! The Hot Tamale flavored one is one of my favorites. (It tasted just like the candies!)

The owner is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I can't say enough great things about him. He gave us some incredible oil and vinegar flavor combinations to try that we would have never thought of. We bought several and used them to marinate our meats. They were so delicious! We will absolutely be getting more.
