Updating to a 5 star! Great hot food EVERY TIME! Fast curbside pickup and stellar app!....We frequent this place throughout the week. I wished that we would be tired of it! Lol! Of course the food is awesome but I love the curbside pickup! We order in the app and rarely have much of a wait no matter how many people are sitting in the drive thru during peak hours! We even like to drive up & park then order and wait in the curbside pickup spots. They have it out very quickly no matter how you order. The kale crunch and Mac & Cheese are my go-tos! Since I'm not eating much meat I can find healthier options on their menu.
You gotta get the app though! The rewards add up quick and there are different menu options in the app that you may not be aware of because they aren't on the menu. For example they have discounted family meals and you have more flexibility with your combo choices, like choose a whole grilled chicken breast on your salad, or no chicken at all at a lower price! I recently have been getting the Market Salad without chicken on my journey to becoming vegan. It's great to have these options. Check it out!

3.5 is what I would rate them if I could just cuz they are always packed and busy. Seems like they may have finally gotten a new manager since the summer remodel because they used to always leave items out of my bag. You know that is rare for a Chick Fil A!?! The food is always top quality and hot. The people are always always nice and genuine too, as if they like working there. Lunch and dinner times are super packed at the drive through. You move at a decent rate but the one in Alpharetta on Windward has them beat on the Drive thru strategy. They should give them a call... But I still like this one. New non traditional fast food items like the kale salad, frosted coffee and Mac and cheese has me frequenting this place! The Mac and cheese is off the chain! Get a large and have it as a side for a dinner you cooked for the kids! It's like grandma made it!! And somehow EVERY piece has the crusty top cheese on...
Read moreI was asked to leave this restaurant today. I was at my table during lunch hour for more than 30 minutes without ordering food. I like to do my work first and then eat, so my computer doesn’t get greasy. I was confronted by management and told them I’d be ordering food, I just had a few emails to get through first. 10 minutes later I was asked to leave the restaurant for taking up “valuable table real estate.” The manager allowed me to send one last email and then I promised to leave. I was able to order my lunch, but ate outside so others could have my table. I’ve always knocked out some work emails/calls during lunch at ChickFilA and have never been bothered. This was the first time I was asked to leave as a paying customer. This store should not offer WiFi if it’s paying customers are not allowed to use it.
I am giving two stars because the service was still great. My food order was correct and the staff was pleasurable. I have contacted Chickfila Cares and they will be handling this situation.
I recommend this store. But do not stay at the table long. Even if you take up a smaller table in the corner like I did.
When I left the store, I counted four open tables inside, a long table with many chairs open and unoccupied and 2 tables outside.

Read moreNever thought the day would come where I wrote a 1 star review for Chick Fil A.... the service you expect is to be asked you name, to get exactly what you ask for, for it to the their “pleasure” to serve you. Non of that happens on my visit to this location. I’ve frequented this location many times(I live 5 min away) and have always asked for the chicken in my sandwich to be cooked well done. I have NEVER had a problem with that request at this location or any other location I’ve visited. Today when I gave my typical order of a spicy chicken deluxe well done I’m told “we can’t cook the chicken well done because it’s a company rule”... that’s news to me why? So I get up to the window and ask why can’t I have my sandwich well done I’ve always been and to before? I’m told “we don’t do that at this location”.... that’s odd. Typically, especially with chick fil a the standard of service and policies are the same across the board. So... I decided to drive to the chick fil a next door to kroger just down the road. Asked for the same meal and was able to receive it with no problem at all. This is VERY disappointing. Give two different reasons of why o can’t have my meal the way I order it every time and go to another location and am give exactly what I’m asked for with a smile and the classic “my pleasure”.
