Piss poor food, service and atmosphere. I ate here Tuesday for my birthday for a quick meal and I can honestly say I regret stopping by. Me and my family members had to get up multiple times just to find our server and we didn’t even know his name. We have to give a description of him because the guy didn’t give us his name. (And if he did, he ran away too fast enough for us to remember!) Plus, it was hard to find anybody that worked there! We had to stand near to the kitchen area just to get anyone’s attention. The whole crew was in the back! We couldn’t find literally any server! The bar wasn’t even being tended to! We got in, ordered our drinks and after a bit ordered our food. Our food didn’t take long at all and even came out cold and my wings were quite literally severely under cooked. My wings were WHITE, and poorly put on sauces! My food looked pitiful! I told him to just take my food back and I ate half of the burger my mother had. My family member chicken on his pasta was dry as all hell but the one burger that my mother had was okay except the food literally wasn’t hot and fresh. (Funny enough. 🙄) We sat in our seat for a good 6-7 mins waiting for our receipt on the way to go. Not to mention, while eating we needed help and didn’t get it. By the time he came back we just wanted to leave. He took the longest time just to bring a to go box too. There really wasn’t that many people to tend to either. Just my table of 3 and 4 other very small groups of people. Read moreFood was ok! Drinks were great. There seemed to be lots of confusion of what specials were. If there was specials. Evidently they were getting a health inspection! Manger was frazzled. Telling us that the server that did the happy hour pitcher was going to be in trouble! This is just bad management through and through. First off learn to work your pos system so that happy hours work when they are suppose to and doesn't work when they aren't or have a pre-shift. Second as slow as you were the host giving us a hard time because we didn't want the sun blinding us why we talked and chatted. Just move us to a booth like we asked. It doesn't matter you only have 3 servers or 10. Times are hard and if you don't want our business just say so. Third: Learn to control your frazzle, when your employees see you sweat they sweat! If you are doing everything by the book (which I know is impossible) then you don't have to worry and sweat as much as she(the manager was). Forth: If having to have a glass of water because you are drinking is state law then MUGSHOTS completely fails. No one at the bar had glasses of water, when we were finally moved to a booth where the sun wasn't in our eyes, we practically had to beg for glasses of water. We are in town all the time and I'm willing to give this place another shot but it does make me think twice before going back. Great customer service isn't hard! Read moreAfter receiving my food, there was something clearly sour in my salad. The taste made me want to spit it out but did not for etiquette’s sake. I served tables for years, so I wanted to just get it down and not say anything. Our waitress passed through quickly saying “y’all alright” while never looking at us or stopping. If she had, she would see I hadn’t touched the salad and asked is everything okay with it. She did not come back until it was time for a check. She asked did I need a box and I said no mam there was something wrong with it so I couldn’t eat it. Something in that salad is sour. She replied with, “if you woulda told me I woulda got you somethin else.” When I asked was it too late, she told me “yea.” I expressed to her how upsetting it was because we were paying for something that was bad and I still had not eaten so we would still have to go somewhere else. When my husband asked if he could just get the appetizer shrimp instead, she said we could add one to go and pay for it. I again expressed how poorly I thought this was handled to which she just walked off and said ok. There was NEVER any effort to make things right. Not once. Even after all of this, my husband still tipped her, but We will never ever go back and don’t recommend you do either!
