Bridget was absolutely wonderful. She showed us what we wanted to see and answered all of our questions. We left the store, compared prices on the same appliances we were looking at from Cowboy Maloney and found that, with the rebates, Cowboy Maloney had the better prices. Bridget did not pressure us to buy. She told us how long the rebates would last and asked if we had anymore questions. She then thanked us for visiting the store and we left. We called back a few days later and made the purchase via the telephone. She had given us a print out of everything that we were interested in purchasing along with the price of each. It was a very pleasant experience. We have bought from this location before and each time it has been a good experience. We purchased the items that we were looking for. Contacted the Pearl office from where i purchased the washer, and they provided a phone number to whilpool service and whirlpool provided a number to a service provider that can come and look at it in 1.5 weeks. The service company thinks they can have it repaired in a couple of weeks after the inspection. My last unit from Cowboy Malony for sure. There is no ownership in their products.
Update: I was able to expedite the washer into the repair shop by personal delivery, and the verdict of failure is a complete drive mechanism. This is quite an expensive lesson, and the wait for a brand new...
