The team at IPAD is just amazing. Everyone who uses them is always amazed how good things can look. I have used them multiple times and will continue to use them. They are meticulous and treat all vehicles like it is one of their own. I am always amazed how good they can make things look. Give them a shout out and tell them what you are looking for. Paint correction and detailing are not driving through a car wash. This is meticulous work that does take time, effort, skill and good products. They take great care of their customers, always willing to answer questions and even give a recommendation from a product to use for your car cleaning needs (shine supply... you will never want to use other products again) to which services will likely be the best bang for your money. June 6th, 2024 - Very poor service. Charges a lot of money but provides no value for the money. They are just hype. Please don't go and waste your valuable money at this place. Very disappointed.

June 7th, 2024 - I am a doctor and currently work at UAB. I personally came to your center on the 5th to deliver the car (Black Tiguan) for service, and my husband Akhilesh returned it yesterday evening. I was excited to see the service because I had high expectations. However, as shown in the image attached to this review, areas such as the sunglasses storage holder were not even cleaned. How would you feel if you paid $600 but did not even get basic cleaning services? I am not here for a verbal fight, but rather to provide feedback for other customers. WOW! I cannot say enough good things about Chase and his crew at Insane Paint Auto Detailing! I knew from the moment I reached out to Chase that my car would be in good hands. He asked me to bring it by the shop in order to assess and select the best “level” for my car. We opted to go with the “Rejuvenation Polish / New Car Polish” (level 2) due to major paint oxidation and foggy headlights. The transformation that took place was incredible! It truly amazes me how they were able to bring my car back to life! It was in desperate need of it.
