I had the best experience with Brewer. I am renovating an old home and from the time I got the quote until they were installed the service was exceptional every step of the way. Not only were the staff nice, but they also went above and beyond. I did not have an extravagant budget, but that didn't matter to them. The service I received was top notch. I had a cabinet to install in my laundry room separate from this job and Harold, who installed my kitchen cabinets, installed it for me without asking while I had to step away on a conference call. It was such a lovely surprise and he did because he is a kind person. He gave me advice on other places to source renovation needs for other rooms. Nice show room, greeted directly, but you must need an appointment to speak with a sales person. I showed the person who greeted me my estimate and drawings from another company, The greeter looked over it for a minute or two. She took me to what seemed to be the top end cabinets and estimated a $2000 price reduction in what was quoted on the paperwork from Lowe’s. That was nice but I didn’t think that simplicity really gave a good idea of what they could offer. No other questions or inquiries. No request for follow up. It maybe that i chose a bad day or bad time to go in but I would hope a company Interested in earning business would be more engaging.
