Delighted 🤗 to speak on behalf of this establishment. Very pleasant atmosphere. Their customer service speaks volumes of welcoming to each individual that enters their establishment. They also have a good choice for playlist concerning music 🎶. Definitely would recommend a thousand times more if possible ☺️❤️.

I would like to update my experience with Polished 31 Pelham, Ann & Whitney are amazing nail tech. Whenever I can get them to do my pampering I'm always happy.😊 On yesterday 01/14/22 it was just Ann who did my pampering, actually her first time doing my nails (dip powder) she perfect it, normally she does my pedicure ☺️ I'm going to upload pictures in a second it's the one with two dip powder colors. I come to this place because it had good reviews and a high star rating, but disappointed with their service. They had me waiting for 45 minutes before they even started running the water then another 25mins before they started even my pedicure. They said they were servicing their appointments first, however they could’ve said something before making me or any individual wait this long. I understand things happen but this was not fair to me and they should have said something before, so I had the option of going elsewhere. They are getting to comfortable with their previous reviews and close customers but not taking in consideration their new clients. They are all very nice but again no excuse to make people wait over an hour. Honestly, I enjoyed my visit here! I'll get to why I gave 3 stars shortly. I'm new here from Atlanta, so I'm taking a chance anywhere I go atp. I Anyway, I was welcome to a friendly greeting. I got seated pretty quickly. I got a manicure and pedicure. I enjoyed both. Now, the 3 stars are because I paid $108 here, including tip. Like I said, I enjoyed my service and was satisfied. I was there on Saturday. Today is Tuesday, and my nails have already shipped. I got gel polish, so that wouldn't happen... I never understand the big emphasis on gel polish, more so, meaning the up charge for it. I expected a week, at least, with no chipping. I usually pay this amount with eyebrows included. Quality should match price... ALWAYS! Nevertheless, my experience was nice and peaceful. I would return...
